CareNow Urgent Care - Eastchase, Fort Worth TX

The staff was very kind, but. Even though I was in pain, I was not offered any pain medication or a shot. Their computer was down so my prescriptions could not be sent over. After waiting almost three hours for their system to send my Rx script I ended going to the ER to get a shot and meds. I checked to see if my RX was sent after returning from the hospital and they never did. I checked again in the morning and they never did. Just go to ER or your doctor. $160 wasted.

Had to have biometric screening for insurance. They were professional, efficient and quick. Thanks for your prompt attention!

This is my second time coming to this location and both times my experience was not good. I just walked in the first time so being slow was alright I guess so this time I did a web check in. I was told to come to the facility. When I arrived there was only one patient in the waiting room but an hour later as I am still waiting there are 6 people waiting and 3 more they sent back. What is the use of web check in and the call to come in if they still move slow. I'm going back to McCart Avenue now.

Great staff! Doctor was very informative. In and out quickly. The only issue is I could hear a very clear conversation between the doctor and patients next to me.
Might want to put some spray foam in between the rooms

This was an URGENT visit and they responded quickly and efficiently.
They’ve always had a great staff at this location.

Care Now should post clearly that they do not accept Medicare part B as primary. Had to go elsewhere.

I just had a DOT physical and they were all wonderful.
Probably one of the best places I have ever had a DOT physical.
Can't say one thing bad.

Had a positive experience; 1hr wait for Web checkin, 8min wait in lobby, 5min wait for doctor; I didn't have any of the problems the other reviews mentioned.

Called ahead to schedule a DOT physical for the next day. The employee Nikki checked and said the DOT certified doctor would be there and I would be able to do the physical but they don't do appointments. Arrived the following morning and the doctor is there but in training and not available that day. My frustration was compounded when I learned Nikki is actually the area manager. Went to Concentra which took care of my physical and cost $10 less.

No point in making an appointment (they made the appointment, I did not), you will still have a long wait. Im on my 4th follow up and im still in the waiting area. Been here so far 1hour and 15 minutes. This dont even count the usual 2hours I have to wait in the room before I can leave. If I hurt myself at work again, I will not be coming back to this place!

My worst experience with medical care. After seating two hours in the freezing room, I just left there without visiting doctor who seemed she doesn’t care about her patients. People come to urgent care because they need quick care. But this facility seems doesn’t care what you need. They just care of their own business. So disappointing.

Arrived before open. Placed a web checkin whilst sitting in parking lot. 40 minutes before front desk staff had me "checked in" regardless of prior web check in. Another 40 minutes before going back to be seen by nurse. It is now 10: 45,1hr and 45mins after Carenow opened, and I am still waiting to see the Doctor.
All for a DOT physical.
Will not return.
Would not advise for friend, or worst enemy.

This place is absolute bull. I cut my hand deep but not so deep it requires unique technique to fix me. Lots of bleeding and it takes them over an hour to see me. My husband has to go ask to see if they forgot me. “She’s next. ” 30 minutes later. IM BLEEDING. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO FIX MY DANG CUT. I JUST DIDNT WANNA SUPER GLUE IT BUT I GUESS NEXT TIME I’LL JUST SWING BY CVS AND LOWES TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS THANKS.

We went to this Carenow because I had a strange blacking out incident. I basically paid $200 out of pocket for a health professional to say “yeah that’s really weird. You probably need to go to the hospital. ” I genuinely can’t think of a more useless service and bigger waste of money I’ve experienced in my life.

Had the worst experience here today. Checked in online only to wait 3 hours to even be seen by a doc. Was not even busy based on the empty exam rooms. Watched two docs sit in the common middle area eating cookies. Meanwhile my husband and our sick 4 year old already exhausted felt like captives just waiting to have him checked. Thanks for your service care now.

You will waste your life away just waiting.even with web check in. On hour number two right now. This process has taken from 10: 30 am to now 2pm.and still going.

I waited an hour and a half to get called and Been waiting in the small room for 2 and half hours thats (4 hours of waiting) to see the doctor. (All's I wanted was a physical for my son) I complained to the front desk and the lady was rude and said the doctors are all busy with other patients there is no one in the parking lot not coming here again I'm calling corporate oh and I'm still waiting it'll be 5 hours when it's all said and done

The front ladies are nice, however the service is terrible. You can go there and you can be ashamed with your own money. We waited an our to see a doctor and it was worthless, she was just told us some stuff that we explained to the nurse, she didn't even ask more questions. In short, they took the money and didn't do anything.

It was terrible meaning not good. Went in for a simple drug test took over an hour almost 2.5 people in the lobby when I checked in 3 waiting to check out and 2 in people coming in get in and out before asked how long for me it will be when they get your chart, I'm like it's just a simple drug test.

Had to go back in this morning and it was great.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I will be filing a formal complaint against the old, gray-haired doctor first thing in the morning. I was already feeling miserable and her words literally brought me to tears! She came in and said that she could not read the nurse's notes so to just tell her what's wrong. I told her that I was having breathing problems, severe headaches, and I kept getting nauseous every night. She listened to my breathing and checked inside of my ears and was about to walk out of the door when I told her that I also told the nurse that I had a huge cyst on my back that I would like checked also. She literally stated in the most annoyed tone ever, "Okay, so what are you exactly here for? " I said because I wasn't feeling well. She then states, "So, what do you want me to do or check? " I said whatever is wrong with me. She then states, "No. We can't do that. You need to be specific and focus on ONE thing that you want me to check on! I was shocked and just said to I guess check on my breathing problems. She said fine and walked out of the room. Since when do you need to make separate appointments for each symptom? And how does she know what is growing on my back isn't affecting my health? She didn't even look at it! I started crying my eyes out after she left. They did a blood test and an x-ray on me. She came back with the results and said everything was normal and that nothing was wrong with me when I have been barely able to get out of bed for the past 3 days and struggling to breathe. She did not suggest anything else and told me to go wait in the waiting area while she got my paperwork ready. I rushed to the front, paid my $60 copay and sped to my car without my paperwork feeling worse than I did before. I will never forget this horrendous experience!
