What happen to professionalism? Ring in nose smacking gum while taking vitals and then I sat in the room for 1 hr before being seen by doctor and I was a web check in! The worst care now I've visited. Dr. Was pleasent and apologetic.

Horrible customer service by Dr Weis. He is very rude and disrespectful to the patience. I guess his job is stressful and maybe he's very busy but there's a way to talk to people especially after you've had been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. I will never return to this care now and we would making a formal complaint with corporate period when people are ill or sick they should not be treated disrespectfully or talk down to in light on. I can hear him right now in the hallway lying to the nurses or whoever he speaking to saying that I said or did things that I did not. He still has not addressed my concern and I would not like anybody else to go through this. If you get him just request another person. Save yourself the first frustration.

Staff is professional and pleasant but the waiting is way too long and not well communicated. I was told there'd be a 30 minute wait (yeah I know right? !) but 1-1/2 later I still hadn't been called. Receptionist said there were about 10 people ahead of me and that I could wait at home. If she'd told me that in the beginning it'd be ok. I think they assume everyone knows the routine: call or make appt online, stay at home until they are ready for you. They should explain that to everyone.

Very caring and efficient service from all staff and doctors. The Eastchase location is my go to place always with care, when I am unable to attend my personal physician. Thank you CareNow for serving East Fort Worth well. You make us proud!

Did a web check in.never received a conformation email, text or call. After 20 minutes I called and got the most rude receptionist EVETTE. Very nasty attitude and needs to not work in a profession with direct contact with CUSTOMERS. She assumed I could not afford my co-pay. Never confirmed my check in because she wanted to know payment. EVETTE made me feel worst then I already did from being sick the way she handled the situation.

No matter what the staff tells you, be sure to check in on the web. The web check-in system works great. If a well-meaning staff person tells you that there’s no wait and not to worry about checking in, don’t listen! The staff was unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake that was made, which made a bad situation worse. Fortunately the manager called and made everything better and I got what I needed.
