CareNow Urgent Care - Arlington

It was convenient to look online and find the clinic close to me.
The web check in feature was great to get started on the appointment process.
I was called and asked to come earlier which was fine.
Staff were pleasant and efficient at check in.
My care providers were helpful, giving me the diagnosis and the documentation needed by my work.
It was a good experience and I will go back for future need

Everyone was professional and courteous and eager to help me with my situation and the doctor was professional and caring

Good experience from the front desk to the doctor. Just a longer wait time when I got there than I expected after I had checked in online. However, it was a nice experience. My first time going there. I will be back.

They don’t deserve to be rated at all. This is the most ridiculous wait time ever at a doctor’s office. You could even feel worse by sitting alone in the waiting room without getting the care you need. Pls, take heed and stay away else you’ll be spending your whole day waiting on the doctor for no apparent reason and let’s not forget about the rude staff. Oh please!

Can I please give ZERO stars? !? ! Online check in At 5: 00pm 10/05/18. Called me in 6: 50. I was still in waiting room at 10: 40 pm! Didn’t leave there until almost 1am

Would give zero if i was able to!
I was there for my brother drug test. They told me to wait for an hour, they waited us for for more that 3 hour and still saying 45 more minutes!
Seriously

I have been coming here for years with my family. Always top notch help, fast assistance and great care.

Please save your time and don’t come here it’s ridiculous the waiting time took 3 hours just to get q drug test screening did not know it took 3 hours to collect your urine take people the like before and pamela this is not the first bad review this clinic has and i see you tell everyone to contact you but seems like you have not taken care of the situation because everything is still the the same which I would had seen the reviews before i came

Some of these reviews make me wonder how this care now will treat us and what kind of care we will receive.

Got in at like 4: 30 came out at 7: 50.for an ankle sprain? It just seems long to me. Couldn’t determine what ligament.and paperwork doesn’t say degree. But I have a rough idea? I feel like I entered an alternate plane of existence with a cold empty room and Nicholas cages voice.

Also I’m transgender and had to keep saying it to staff.got misgendered by the doctor.just putting this out there.

CareNow on cooper & green oak, have BAD customer service skills, I ask questions an all I get is please have a set an will get help, I been waiting almost 3 hours just for a drug srceen. OMG

Staff was amazing! I brought my mom there for care and was blown away by their service! Our wait was not bad in the lobby, but the manager came out to talk to someone in the lobby apologizing for the wait. I was impressed. The staff at the front desk was courteous and professional. The nurse Christi was phenomenal! We saw Vicky the PA who did a very good job explaining things to us. Mom left feeling truly cared for. I definitely will be back for myself if needed!

The name needs to change to the most frustrating care. They are so racist and they kept me waiting for 2 hours putting all the white folks ahead. I’m only here for a drug test and had to wait for over 2 hours. When I complained the receptionist won’t even answer my question politely. Told me to keep waiting till I hear my name and they were gonna take care of their regulars ahead of me. Since I was only there for a drug screen. Very unprofessional and messed up

Always go here for my family's health needs. Never have been disappointed. Great staff on front counter and the physicians are absolutely the best. Listen to you and treat what is necessary. Would recommend this location for ALL your health care needs.

I made an appointment the night before they call me first thing the next morning to ask me what time will be best for me to come in. I let them know and when I got there I was in and out with get customer service.

Horrible wait time I was only here for a simple hair follicle test. No seems to be in a rush smh never returning here again I’d rather go to concentra

If you don't like the ultra-high cost and looooong waits at a hospital emergency room, Care Now is your answer. They can handle all but the most serious health emergencies at a fraction of the cost and hassle. Good doctors, good nurses, good care, and relatively short waits (although I do wish they could cut down on the waiting even more.)

*UPDATE: Less then 24 hours after leaving this review, the manager of this location called and apologized for my experience. I was not expecting that and appreciated it very much. It shows that they do care about the patients experience and are willing to do what is needed to rectify the situation. *

The doctors and nurses behind the scenes are great but the young woman that was taking patient information could of been a little more empathetic. She's very cold. Also, both times I've had to go there, the front desk person has said that it's at least a two hour wait. They tell you that you can leave and they'll call you. Both times I was there, the wait time was half of what they told me. It seems as though they are trying to get people to leave so they don't have to work. I was told 2 hour wait and was in the patient room within 45 minutes. While I was in the waiting area, I saw at least three possible patients leave because they didn't want to wait the time that they were told. Next time, if I have to go to urgent care, I'll drive a little further and go somewhere else.

They advised me over the phone that they will take my insurance and when I booked online they said i was not covered? I was willing to pay cash; however that was not an option presented. The Gov.should just close this place down if it is just their accumulating space.

Waited 3 hours and no phone call. Called and all they would say is they had quite a few emergencies. Web site says to call 911 for those but they had to accept them. Will not try to go here again.
