23Horrible experience! Waited 3 hours for work related injury and watched 13 people ahead of myself be seen. Oh did i mention i was bleeding from an injury and was in pain. They said i was new and it was my first visit. Well it will definitely be my last. Now i know why i always see the paramedics at care now.
Why do web check in at 8: 50a.m and get call to show up at 9: 50 to still wait to be seen? It is 10: 35 and I still haven’t been called back yet.
BAD SERVICES. The waiting was SUPER LONG with no explanations. NO phone calls or emails to inform about the test result. I had to call them back and received a cold answer that I needed to come to the office to request for what I needed. It made me wonder if I should trust their works. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
