CareNow Urgent Care - Frisco West

Needed a COVID test prior to a medical procedure. They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. The receptionist was friendly.

Amanda F the front desk assistant, is definitely rude. Idk how anyone can speak to you without verifying the information. Especially when its clear she doesn't know what she's talk about. How can you travel with a rapid exam. Terrible experience. Amanda learn how to speak to people in distress and gain some patience. It'll do her much better.

The reception staff seemed as if they couldn't care less that they were at their jobs and were more interested in talking to each other than actually helping. I don't want to be the person that complains about that because I get it, being at work isn't fun, but I just want to have a little courtesy shown if I'm going to be there to pay for a service. As I tried to fill out the paperwork required, I was quickly shuffled down the hall and into a room where the nurse took down my information, again, quite hurriedly, and with little interest. While I do appreciate expediency, a doctor's office isn't an ideal place for it.

We have always had great experience with the staff and drs. They are excellent and comforting in their mannerisms with patients

I and my son Weren't feeling well, wife made the appointment for Saturday afternoon, went in, were seen quickly, given prescriptions to run to the pharmacy with, feeling better the next day.

Loved the clinic but my wait time was an hour. Then I waited another hour for the Dr to come in my room.

Great clinic for urgent care outside of normal doctors hours. Very polite and efficient staff. Make your appointment online, the process is excellent. The Doctor was great.

After twisting (spraining) my ankle I stopped by CareNow East on Preston who told me the wait will be approx. 1 hr. I got to go home and some time later received a call that CN West was available to see me with no wait time. Check in was smooth and the staff curteous and professional. I'll be back (hopefully not too soon).

Been here twice, a month apart. And BOTH times the wait was over two hours. I come back alittle over an hour later, and notified it’s still about two and a half hour wait.how did my time go up?

This office was terrible 2 hour wait needs rebranded to slow care the receptionist was rude and the bathroom had garbage all over it if you got all day this is your place

Had a ear infection and the wait was 5 hours to get in after 6 hours I got in and my eardrum busted all I got were some drops no pain prescription

Worst service ever! Do not go there please I checked in at 4: 30 waited until 6: 30 to be call the nurse took all my information like blood pressure etc. She told me the doctor will be with me a matter of minutes 70 minutes later he never and I had to go and get medical help somewhere else almost 4 hours of wasting my time

Don't bother making an online appt late in the day. It will take hours before you see a physician either way.

They couldn’t even take my temperature properly. They missed that I had a 102.3 fever. Thankfully the ER caught it.

I had a good experience at this urgent care. Waiting time was about 7-10min, very nice and polite nurse as well as doctor. They helped me with my issue fast and promptly. Front stuff was also very friendly and attentive. Will come back here for future health related illnesses.

Two separate trips to this location to have a TB test done and read and both times they have lost the results. They don't even offer to resolve the situation. So frustrating! How do you misplace test results?

The doctors are fine and they will treat more things than your average walk in clinic. However, The wait is absurd. I checked in online and then was called into the clinic saying they would be ready for me shortly. From when I arrived to when I left it took two hours for a 5 minute doctor visit on a Weekday afternoon.

Worst experience at a care now thus far. We waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours to get a simple physical. The amount of time the doctors and nurses take to get back to a patient is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be back to this terribly run facility.

I gripe about healthcare a lot because I have to pay for it all myself and it's usually ridiculously overpriced but with this current visit I was pleasantly surprised when I was only charged $20 for a camp physical. The staff here were all friendly and efficient and my experience this time around was very good.

I went here to get UTI medication after having it for five months. They gave me a weeks worth and when I asked to refill it, they demanded I come in and pay another $170 because they had to re examine me. The manager says Doctor Alyssa Ali only works there randomly and they cant get in contact with her. WOW! Now I have to go somewhere else and pay again to be re evaluated and get more medication to clear this up. Go to a real hospital, these people only care about your money. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
