Went in for a cough and cold that wouldn’t go away. The meds the doctor gave me didn’t work so they made me come back for a second visit and pay again to get more meds. I’m happy the meds worked the second time but was not happy about paying for a repeat visit.

I did the on-line check in and got a call to come to the clinic. Got there, filled out paper work, waited about 10 min then got called back. The nurse did my vitals and Dr.came in a few mins later. Listened to me and we agreed on a plan of care. Was out of there in 45 min. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
