I sent an employee to do some lab work: titers, tb test and follow up shots. Titers weren't completed 100%. I had to call several times to get a copy of the results. I kept being told they were sent. Some of the grumbling from one of the people on the phone admitted otherwise.

Sent employee for a tb test that was read but never documented. They claim patient never came back to have it read. She had it read but was not given a copy of the results and results were not documented (proof of the fact she returned is available).

Never have we seen such a mess of a clinic where the follow up and documentation is so poor. Employee had to redo titers and do another blood draw because they screwed up so bad and now she has to do another tb test. Wasted time and money! She will not return to this clinic.

My wife was treated for the Flu the beginning of December. They told us to come back in for some testing a second time a week later to make sure the Flu was gone. We were told there would be no charge the second visit. It turns out they submitted a $200 charge for the second visit. When we called about the charge they said to look at the bottom of the receipt stating that they could charge whatever they wanted. This is not how you treat customers.

I went into this location after suffering from Bronchitis for over a month. I was referred to the online check in as it would allow me to wait at home. Once it was time to go into the office, I arrived filled out a sheet regarding my visit, and was taken back to a room within minutes. I did advise the front desk that I did not have insurance and would be a self pay and they were sure to tell me the costs of everything I needed before the procedures were done, and it kept me on budget. The P. A.took her time with me, and understood when I was coughing during the exam. Once my diagnosis was confirmed I received my prescriptions, and doctor's note, paid and I was out the door. The whole staff was friendly, and I appreciate all of their help!

I have been here three times and been disappointed with lack of organization three times. Staff told me to show up Friday to pick up assessment results. When I showed up, they were not ready. I returned to pick them up after receiving a phone call stating that they were ready and now they cannot find them. During my initial visit, after staff walked me to the exam room and said "the nurse will be right with you" I waited in the freezing exam room for an hour. 20 minutes into the wait, I stepped into the hallway to let someone know that I had been waiting for awhile. A guy explained that an emergency had come in, so the nurses were I guess dealing with that which is understandable. It would have been great if I could have waited in the lobby though instead of the exam room for an hour.

Addition: When I drove back to get my lab results at the front desk, the receptionist could not find them anywhere. 20 minutes more of waiting in the lobby and she was able to locate them. After I thank her and walk to my car, I open the envelope to read the results and find that they are incomplete because staff at CareNow sent the wrong swab to the lab. When I return to the front desk to point this out, there is a brief discussion among staff about why this occurred followed by a young lady apologizing and telling me I can come back in anytime and repeat that test for free. That was a nice effort, but there's no way I'm returning to CareNow so that I can waste another hour of my time, get poked and prodded in an ice cold exam room after waiting an eternity to be seen and give them another opportunity to screw up. I already spent over $200 here for incomplete lab results and would much rather have a refund.

We always use care now as we dont have (cant afford health insurance).
The doctors and nurses at this location have always met or exceeded our expectations.

I hope you don't need to go here but if you do you will be well cared for. Web check in is awesome!

I've used this place since they opened.and won't be using them anymore!

3 hour wait to get in, then 3 hour wait while there. Front desk staff are nice enough, and the pa who attended me was nice enough, I just wish it didn't take her an hour to come tell me anything.the best person there is the over worked xray tech who doubles as the plemebotimist. They only had 1 person on to handle all patients.

The worst of the worst were Christine, the discharge nurse, and the check out clerk. Christine had zero patience and was just downright nasty. The check out clerk.zero compassion.

This place needs a seriou s overhaul. Don't go if you don't absolutely have to!
