25I bought my Nissan Maxima from them almost 4 years ago, including the extended warranty. In 4 years my car has had two issues and both times they repaired it without hesitation! Service is exceptional! Always a smiling face and positive attitude to greet me! I cannot thank them enough from the salesmen to the service men! Tim in the service center is exceptional! They have made a customer for life! Thank you car max!
I had the easiest time finding the car I wanted at payments that were affordable. Although, I will be driving my car for at least 10 years, I would not hesitate to refer anyone to CARMAX. I would rate them a solid 9, only because I purchased on a weekend, and everyone is car shopping for cars. If I went during the weekdays, I would rate them a 10
We had a great experience from beginning to end. Everything CarMax promotes about their service was present here. We found a great vehicle and were very pleased.
Test drove 4 cars and got advice from our experienced car max rep. Was not pressured to buy and enjoyed experience of testing out cars after doing lots of online research. Coming to Carmax Plano really helped us get an idea of what we liked in a mini SUV. The rep we worked with, Robert, is experienced and pleasant and highly recommended!
The worst CarMax I have ever visited. None of the cars are available and most are sold. Inventory here is lacking.
