I have bought many cars but have never had the easy, no hassle experience like CarMax. Got the car of my dreams at a great price! Our salesman, Dan was fantastic, even saved us on finance rate! Micheal breezed through the paperwork without trying any nonsense. In and out in 3 hours! The only place I’ll shop from now on!

No high pressure like most traditional car salesmen at regular dealerships. The sticker price is the price, no haggling. As always, check prices, don't assume it's a great deal.

They lied to me they said my car would take 2 weeks to be delivered.it was there a few days later. So fast and friendly service is what you get here. Seriously who wants that.

Seem pretty ok. They hepled up find my husband his dream car but it's having issues now, so hopefully warranty can help him out

Be sure to do your research on the car you are interested in because none of these "salesman" will know anything about any of the vehicles on the lot! They are there to take you on a test drive and help with paperwork and that's it! Have your phone handy because you'll need it to look up answers to your questions. The young man we dealt with with very nice and courteous but knew almost nothing about the truck we were buying.
