Castle Nail Spa reviews
37This place was packed but I got in and out in no time. I’ve been searching for a new nail place and I think I’ve found one. I had Ms. Ava for my dip and Lee for my pedi. Both were the best! Ms. Ava did my nails perfectly after seeing how ruined they were from my last place. Lee is amazzinngggg with the pedicure. I’m making sure I make my appointments with these two every time. Not to mention, this place has also been the most affordable out of my recent options. Absolutely love it here so far!
Spent an afternoon here getting pedicures as a family. Me, my wife, and our boys. Being the boys' first time they liked it. I love these moments as a family.
They make your nails pretty, give you wine, and play awesome 80s music. You won't want to leave!
Staff is always good, love the pedicure options and the ability to unwind for a bit. The prices are reasonable, only bad thing is no nail designs for dip powder, if theu had that it was be awesome.
Great service. Love the signature pedicure, it was so relaxing and worth it. I was offered 10% off to try it. And my feet look so good.
I got manicure also and my hands feel like brand new.
I got my dip removed and got a standard manicure. I felt the burning sensation when she was removing the dip, and next day my nail is literally breaking. The people at reception were good. But the lady who did my nails was very rude. I would never recommend anyone here.
Loved this place before my horrible experience today, went in for a dip and powder fix for two nails that had fallen from a previous set I got from the same place which was over 65.00 was skipped by a customer who arrived after me, the nail lady took her sweet time with the other customer and finally after 20 minutes decided to work on me and then jump back to the other customer. Bad customer service and improper way to take care of customers I don't care if you go in for a quick fix,! Full set or whatever customers deserve to be treated properly! Please dont waste your time going here you off being better treated at other local nail shops.
I wish I could post pictures of my nails. My nails were filed down so much the tips of three of my fingers are raw and one was bleeding by the time I left. My technician casually said “sorry” and poured alcohol on my nails three separate times.assuming so they wouldn’t get infected. Of course this just made everything burn worse.
I will not be going back to this salon.
First time here, I made appointment with Sarah. She was chosen by one of her previous reviews. She was professional, timely and friendly. I received many compliments on my nails from friends and strangers. She does have a following, so make an appointment. I will return again for my next dip.
I only go to the castle in Wylie. They do a fabulous job that lasts until your nails grow out. The staff is so friendly and they compensate your wims from water to frozen drinks. Elegant atmosphere. Nancy Benedict. Wylie Texas
My favorite place in Dallas for nails. They consistently do a good job and give great value. I love their premium pedis with a scent (milk&honey or lavender) and their massages are superb! I love my dip and their prices are reasonable.
Courteous, stellar nail techs. I recommend Kim for nails, particularly coffin shaped nails, and Yen for pedicures.they offer a variety of services from dip nails, gel nails, regular manicures, and about 5-6 different pedicures. Tuesdays are the best because they have a special on gel or dip nails and a pedicure for about $60-65.appointments are recommended because they get very busy!
Michelle is the best manicurist I've ever had. I have been coming here for 3 years. I always request Michelle. If she is not available I will change my schedule to meet hers. She is a valuable asset.
First time here. This place was rowdy when we first arrived around 8 p.m. And there were lots of kids so of course we were concerned but when we were called we were sent to a quite, private room. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and met all our requests. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will definitely patron again.
They took me and my sister as a walk ins, sat us together but it seemed like they literally just wanted us in and out. They really didn’t care about their work it was way to rushed. Probably won’t be back.
Walked in first thing in the morning just as they were opening, there were 3 of us and we were immediately seated and got excellent mani pedis including a cool design painted freehand on my daughters big toenails at her request. 3 weeks later the nails still look great. It got full and busy and we felt a bit rushed to pick colors but I didn’t feel they were rude, just busy.
I haven't had a mani pedi in a long time probably a year-and-a-half. I decided to go here and get one done with my daughter I wound up with a nail fungus just about lost three of my fingernails. So disappointed in this place and they were rude and they rushed me through everything and very expensive.
I love this place. It is always packed because they are open later than most places, but they are always friendly and have good pricing. $35 for Nexgen. I come every two weeks! Love them, Emily did a great job with my pedicure tonight and I will be asking for her again in the future!
I used to love this spot. Even when it was busy, if you made an appointment the got you right in. It has GONE COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. There has been twice lately that I have gone with my mom and made an appointment days ahead of time and we still had to wait 20-30 minutes with an appointment! The second time I just walked out. I was so mad. This week I went on a Sunday night, got a gel manicure, and by the time I got home 3 of my nails were already peeling off. I went back the next morning to get them fixed and they were SUPER RUDE when I showed them my nails, and told me I would have to wait 35 minutes just to get them fixed! What? ! I was already here, and waited my time! Then I asked them to redo the gel on all the nails completely, because if some are already peeling off less then 4 hrs later, then it's just a matter of time for the rest to peel off. They only fixed the ones that had already peeled, and now here we are 5 days later all they nails they didn't redo have now all peeled off. This is so ridiculous, a huge inconvenience and a waste of time and money. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. My days with Castle Nails are OVER. STAY AWAY, unless you want a sped through, half a** job.
AWFUL SERVICE!
The guy doing my shellac smacked my hand to get my attention and had a major attitude problem. Reported to management and they did not care.
Go any where else. Huge waste of $80!
