Castle Nail Spa, Dallas TX

I’ve tried to give this establishment multiple visits. You will wait an hour, if not longer. They will not sit you with your friends, even if you have made an appointment days prior. You will be treated like cattle piled in on top of everyone will little to no regard of the word “spa. ” The only added bonus is that they essentially drown you in free wine, so at least you will be sedated through the whole ridiculous process.

I had a really good experience over here phi did my pedicure and marco did my nails and both are amazing highly recommended!

If your looking for a spa experience this is NOT the location. It’s always overcrowded with limited seating.

I walked in WITH an appointment, they didn’t have a seat for me I had to sit on a pedicure seat and get my nails done. They do have beverages, but that’s about it. They are not organized when it comes to who’s next to get pampered. Oh and I got a fill on my nails and they started breaking the next 2 DAYs! Not ok! I personally would not recommend this place oh and FYI I payed 30 dollars for a acrylic fill and I normally pay 15. Never again!

Fugo Did a great job with my Acyrlic set and my pedicure was bomb! I recommend this place to anyone who loves quality service for a reasonable price! Please go!

I always get treated great here, every time I go I get a pedicure and manicure. And I always relax comfortably and feel no pain at all, just pure relaxation & serenity. And despite them being busy most times when I go, they hardly ever make me wait. If I do wait it’s about 3 min tops. And I never made an appointment. This is my favorite nail place so far.

My friend and I have been going here for over a year now. They always treat us well, and do a great job with our mani and pedis.

Came in for a pedicure & Spent $65 only to be told it does not cover callus removal! Big deal! What are pedicures for? What a complete waist! My feet were still tired and hard when I got home. With the cost of living going up, I'll go to the hood and get a real pedicure for $25.

They would get no starts if I could this place is terrible I left with power all over my hands and stained fingers. I tired to get them to fix it several times and finally gave up and left upset!

Castle always delivers top-notch services in an elegant atmosphere. Ask for Lena at the Mockingbird location and try the citrus hot stone pedicure. My feet and legs were worn out after a tough few weeks, but now they feel like they've just returned from vacation!

Have recommended many friends to Castle Nail Spa. Great weeknight specials, but plan ahead! They are always crowded during the evenings.

Been coming for about 4 years to get pedicure and they always last pretty long (regular polish-royal manicure). I suggest making an appointment, but you may still have to wait a little bit. They are busy but I don't think the quality has ever suffered for it at least for me. 9 out of 10 times it's great (no place is perfect) but if you need a new place of give them a shot.

They care more about quantity than quality. Front receptionist are very rude and pushy. Makes the experience very stressful and not relaxing.

We have been coming here for 5 years and Im sorry I have never done a review for them. We have never been disappointed! We drive from Fort Worth because this place is so good. My favorite pedicure in DFW!

Im giving them a 3, because there are some techs who are amazing, but some don't care. They're a very busy salon & they know if you have a problem it doesn't matter because there's dozens of women lined up behind you. If you make an appointment Hubert is sweet and amazing at his job. I've had a tech tell me it was my fault the sample looked different than my nails.what? ! They just want your money and to turn around the chair. Sad, because I used to look forward to going here.

I was in theDallas area for the weekend and they took me and my daughter in as walk ins. We did not wait very long even though they were extremely busy. They were very well staffed and the establishment and their equipment/ tools were clean and in good shape. Every one was friendly and provided great customer service. I had a classic mani-pedi and the technician that did my pedicure gave me the best pedicure I've had.he was very gentle. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly love there work but they are unorganized, went today for an acrylic set and pedicure when it came down to paying, my card was charged twice and now nobody can help.
