Chick-fil-A, Sugar Land TX

Line moved quickly thru the drive thru. Order taken quickly. Food was fresh, hot and good tasting. Can't go wrong with Chic-Fil-A.

Over the past year, since locating in McAllen (Tx), Chik Fil A has been a pretty reliable go-to uniformly prepared, somewhat pricey "fast food. " The company was quick to figure out a solid path forward during the early months of the pandemic, which made the stores stand out.excellent service, good process, and some months in, the staff were familiar with me and my family, making it an almost Starbucks-like experience. Then, since the governor of Texas backed away from supporting the CDC guidelines and thrust open the doors to business as usual, chaos ensued in many retail establishments, and Chik Fil A began to get sloppy. And now, to salt the wound, the corporation has changed the menu, in ways that do not sit well with my family, and we are visiting less often.

Greasy chicken, and senseless company doesn't even give you forks with chicken nuggets, how are you supposed to eat tinny chicken nuggets without forks.

Worst chick fil A ever. I used to work at this one and they let the tea mold in the metal containers they put out. They don't get your order right half the time and the management sucks.

I normally go the Katy location where I live but I had a doctors appointment in Sugarland so I decided to go to this location. I simply asked for a fruit cup only oranges they said they could not give me only oranges because it's a special fruit cup. Well that's news to me because every other location doesn't mind making me a fruit cup with only oranges also the service was slow and my drink was flat. I think it was because I was black and she just didn't wanna give me those oranges because I have never been told it's a special fruit cup!

I was very upset I eat at chick fil a about 3 to 4 a week I always order the kids meal the other chick fil a always chargee the extra to upside my waffle fries to a medium at this chick fil a they don't me they can't do that so you whether lose a customer because you want upside all over fast foods does it you just pay for the upsize I will not visit this location again my order is $5.85 with the upsize of the fries to an medium

Chick Fil A is chic fil a. It itself is experience. The service is very good. No matter how many customers are there, you always feel that line is moving and their service is swift

Fast and friendly, sandwich seemed like it had been sitting for a while not freshly made. No restrooms available, understandably.

First time returning since the remodel. They were already fast, but now the drive thru is even faster! Always great service and no complaints.

Our daughters favorite place in the world! She CANNOT get enough of the fresh waffle fries! It is amazing how we ALL get a serious craving for Chick-fil-A on sunday.see ya monday.lol

They charge for sauces and water.

I will never come back when I can just drive 5 extra minutes and go to highway 6 and get free sauce and water.

Got my order wrong but was going out of town and did not want to turn back. But was a delicious mistake lol

No military discount, my favorite place to go that always gives military discount but not this Chicfila

Awesome service. As I was walking up to enter the restaurant, one of the employees saw me and rushed to open the door for me. That's going above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion. Great food as always.

Absolutely love THIS Chick-fil-A! Fantastic customer service and "back to the community" free offers. Being conscious to the spirit of the community, and their customers. "It's my pleasure" salutation with a smile, and "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" even as the order line is backed up. ALWAYS a pleasent experience!

I drove here specifically for diet lemonade and they are out. Also noticed the music was not Christian.

I visited them when they offered halal sandwiches.it was a good ambiance n I would recommend them to have this halal menu to go on. Loved it

Met the owner of both of these stores had some carrot cake with him during his wife's birthday. Been dining at both locations for over 4 years. I'm sorry to say you to a lot of people standing around conversation about personal stuff while I waited for 10 minutes for an order that had to be sit back as it was wrong they disappointing expected a lot more from this franchise location.
