June 15th & 16th, this location offered Halal chicken for Eid celebration
It was packed with people inside and outside at the drive through.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was fast, this was our first visit, hope they do this offer more often.

French fries could be more crispy and they could get better spinkes for their ice cream (Chick-fil-A at 99/westpark toll has great spinkles). But store is always clean, the staff walks around offering to refill your drink- very friendly staff. Kids play area clean, they have sanitizing hand wipes. Restrooms mostly always clean.

Got food poisoning from a “ promotional salad” on a Saturday night near closing time. Turns out it wasn’t a promotion, they were just giving away old salads.

My order was brought to my table not even 5 minutes into sitting down. Tasted good! Friendliest staff ever!

Great food. Drive through line is generally very long; however, there are people taking orders outside to help with the flow. That's is much appreciated.

They could do a better job training their employees. But, it's a great place to take your family and friends.

Clean, well run, fast service restaurant. I arrived, waited in a short line and was served in about 5 minutes. My chicken order was tasty, the waffle fry's were fresh and hot, and my drink was refilled free twice! The whole meal, unrushed, took less than 30 minutes.

Chicken- Fresh, hot, spicy, saucy. Tea - sweet, cold, ample. Fries - waffle, salty, fresh, delicious.

Chick Fil A is a 99 percent guarantee you're going to get your food hot meaning at a desirable temperature. This place is awesome. The people are awesome. And, the ice cream is pretty good too.

Always fill up the frys halfway i just went a couple hours ago and the sandwich was cold and there was no salt in my fries.

Update: seems to be going down hill. Drive thru messed up my order so many times that I now specify "please make sure you put hazlenut in my coffee" as it seems they dump in french vanilla no matter what you ask for. Reminded both the lady in the drive thru speaker then verified with the girl handing me my coffee in which I was assured it was hazlenut. Took one sip and what do you know, fench vanilla! When I asked her why does this always happen she gave me a snarky attitude and basically told me I fixed it so now move along.

I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A’s and none of them have been anything like this one in particular. First off they screwed up my order, second horrible service, third very rude, fourth don’t even care about customer service The list goes on but I won’t be that rude don’t want them to close down.

My favorite fast food choice. Great location - Very friendly staff, clean, always great service. I love their breakfast choices, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and salads.

I love coming to this location of Chick Fil A. The hospitality manager, David, and the whole staff are super sweet and accommodating. They see a problem, they fix it. There are rarely problems though!
Everyone looks you in the eye and makes sure you and your whole party are comfortable. They keep the eating area clean, the play area is well maintained. Purell wipes are available for after play.

I was very disappointed in their service today. I went in for a Cobb salad and some cookies. By the time I was back at work and ready to eat my lunch, I realized I had received a salad without dressing (which I specified three times), without pepper flakes, and burnt, hard cookies. I typically get better service and quality than this. I doubt I will ever go back anytime soon.

Caught them during their lunch rush. Got my first order out before I paid for it.
My second order took a little while longer. Was incorrect but I was able to fix it before I left.
Customer service was awesome.
