Chick-fil-A, Houston TX

I come to this location pretty often before work and lately I’ve been getting my order wrong I usually substitute the hash browns for a yogurt and for some reason they never switch it for me when placing the order & when I tell them at the window they give me a attitude saying “well you didn’t Pay for it” but I specifically tell them when I’m ordering but since they don’t repeat orders they always mess my order up it’s frustrating because I’ve never had that issue before it’s their job to pay attention what the client is saying to them or at least repeat the order.

No matter how long the line is, you will be through it in less than 5 minutes. Great sandwiches

Ordered a Cobb salad and I got a salad with no egg. This is the 2nd incident at 2 different chick fil a's where they can't seem to get an order right. I've never experienced these kinds of issues before. Chick fil a was always my go to, but sadly not anymore.

Amazed at how at ease the customers and employees are made to feel. A very unstressed experience.

Don't really eat Chick-fil-A but I see what all the hoopla is about it's very good and her customer service is number one.

I was greeted by A RUDE WOMAN AT THE WINDOW i believe she had glasses and a black shirt with black hair instead of helping me as she should have been she quickly refused to help me she was disrespectful rolled her eyes and ignored me when i asked for her name I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION not sure if it was close to closing time but I WOULD NEVER TREAT A COSTUMER THIS WAY IF IT WERE MY STORE

Omar has taken my order several times when I come to this location and he’s always so friendly. The young ladies here are also so sweet and have a contagious smile! Love coming here

Let's just say I was like the 5th or 6th car in line and when I blinked we were the first car at the window lol they are very quick and friendly love the staff the restaurant is clean and I just love it there

Fast and friendly service in the drive through for lunch! My chicken strips were good and the peach shake was delicious. It had little chunks of peach in it, which made it even better.

Very disappointed with their customer service today. They wouldn’t remake a horrible sandwich I was given.

This is the only Chick-fil-A where the food is hit or miss. But, you know what's always amazing? Ms. Monica! She is the best Chick fil a employee of all times. She makes everyone feel so loved and appreciated.

I've been here before and would have given a 4 star review but today service was above and beyond regular. Great management! My coffee was absolutely great and was ready just in time!

Never have had a bad experience here with service, or the food. Plus they have a small indoor children's playground.

Never really been a Chick-fil-A fan. I tried them the first time way back in the day at Pasadena Town Square Mall. I wanted to try their grilled chicken nugs. 5 stars for the taste minus 2 stars for charging I think $6 for a grilled chicken breat cut into 12 pieces.

Chick fil a staff is outstanding the food is fresh and quick. I love this place any location I go to is wonderful. I give the 100 stars Gooo Gooo Chick-fil-a

What happened to the chicken strips I loved so much? Haven't been here in years, but had a craving for the chicken strips. The ones I got were half the size, not breaded the same, and over fried. I'm hoping it's a fluke, but it was definitely not worth the money.

Can never go wrong with this chain. Never disappoints. The only negative it's always crazy busy, but good for them!

On a Thursday I went through the drive thru and this girl that had a name tag as (lidia) was really good at keeping the conversation and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this Chick Fil-A, awesome hospitality and should definitely check it out.
