This has to be a McDonald's disguised as a Chic-Fil-A.with the exception of Reyna. Hope management takes notice.
The service is fantastic. The employee's very polite, very hospitable. Make your day because you're the center of attention from the time you arrive until the time you exit. Keep it up Chick-Fil-A!
Very nice place to eat whit family, great service and the nicer people, great for kids to play and VERY clean.
Idk what it is, but the chicken makes me feel a little ill afterwards. For breakfast, when theres ehh around it and bread, I'm good. But tenders and nuggets, no bueno. Always good for breakfast but outside of the amazing fries and fruit cups, no thanks. They also forgot an entire order of nuggets the last time I went
Yesterday at 7pm, i went to Chick Fil A with my boyfriend and we a guy with short hair took our order but what really catches my eyes was that a girl with the name of Lidia on her tag was really humble. As soon as i entered the premises of the restaurant she greeted me and my boyfriend with delight and i was flabbergasted because in other fast food restaurant don't do that. I highly recommend for people to visit Chick Fil a in beltway 8 and bellaire
I love chik fil a, glad the closest one to me is good.i like the nuggets and wraps, always good.
This restaurant has a 5 star rating. However, today I dropped the rating to 1 because the APP (which we always use) now gives the option to pick up via drive thru but the staff indicates that this is incorrect and that they cant servie mobile app orders via the drive thru. On top of that, since we chose the “Drive thru” option, the “I am here) option also never appeared to let them know there was an order pending.
Corporate completely dripped the ball on this.
If using the APP, Do not chose the drive thru option or you’ll have to park, reorder and go inside.
