Always wonderful service and fresh food their long lines normally move very quickly and efficiently. Drive thru wait is nothing compared to other fast food chains. Quick and with a smile

Come through drive weekly to get sweet tea. Couldn't get tea anywhere else that wasn't trash. I guess chick fil a has lost their standard. If you get bad tea it only means one thing, they don't clean or refresh the batch. Nice and dirty.

Play area smells like urine and no one is watching their kid but me! The sign says "Toddler Area" & "Children must be 3 years and under to play! " But there are 12 year olds slamming and screaming all the time in here. I've told the manager. But nothing is done to "protect" my toddler.

CFA never disappoints. Well, almost never. People behind the counter ARE human and DO make mistakes.

Great food and the staff are always awesome.

Update. Lowered stars from 5 to 1. They've hire a kid that thinks it's cute to screw your order up. Maybe he'll be better off down the road at McDonalds.

Stopped by this morning and drove off without my yogurt parfait! A young man chased my car to the highway and handed me my bag! THIS is why Chick-Fil-A is always a stop for me; GREAT customer service, friendly staff and CLEAN facilities! I’ve never seen a dirty chick-fil-a!

The staff is friendly and I never have to wait long for my food. The only thing I don't like is that a lot of older kids (10+) like to play in the play area and are rough around the little ones. I know it's super awkward but I wish the staff would address that with the parents of the older kids. My kids love the kids meals and I love all of the sauces.

It’s good place to grab quick bite. The service at almost all chick-fil-a locations are quick and friendly. I appreciate the way they train their employee. This location is just like other. Quick order and they serve with a smile which is very important to me. 281 is a busy road so just be more careful when you’re signaling to turn into the the store location.

Fast Service and delicious food. I have been here many times and not once have they gotten my order wrong along with the hardworking staff they are very polite!

It is a nice Chick-fil-a. Country styling inside. Never had any issues here. It is everything you want you Chick-fil-a to be.

I cannot believe how fast they get your food out! One time the line was out the door and I got my food within 5 Seconds. Not to mention their sauce is great

Robin is incredible! I walked in with my three little kids and she made she we were taken care of from the moment we walked in. Thank you Chik Fil A, thank you Robin!

Love the chicken, employees were very helpful here, kids got free ice cream which on a hot day it's very welcomed.

Best chicken sandwich around and always great service!

Their frozen lemonade is very refreshing on a hot day.

My daughter is a fussy eater, but always eats at Chick-fil-A due to the play area. Great for young families.

I visited this location on April 17th at about 9: 15 am. Usually other Chick-fil-A locations have made a sandwich for me at this time, as I prefer that, but the server refused to do that, or even ask if it was possible. She also messed up my order pretty badly - charging me for a fruit cup I didn't order. However, the management was so gracious and helpful that it made up for the inconvenience. I will go back to this location, because the food is soooo good!

Awesome customer service for catering! They delivered to a remote location for my wedding and everything about my order was perfect and they even set it up inside for my bridesmaids:)

I have never had a bad experience here! I work at PURE View at TPC apartments so this is our go to chick fil a. They cater our events with fresh hot food and go above and beyond every time! I have also never stood in line longer then 10 minutes max and that with ridiculous lines! They are fast clean and fresh! They already have the whole chicken thing down so what more could anyone ever ask of chick fil a! By far the best one in town!

1st time at this Chick-fil-A and very disappointed. I went up to the cashier (Danielle) made my order and when asked what kind of drink I asked for a half and half so the girl tells me half sweet and half unsweet which I always say yes cause that's how I usually always order my ArnoldPalmer. I pay my order and when my drink is given to me I noticed my drink was just sweet tea and not my half and half. So the girl gets smart with me and says very rudely well that's why I asked you if you wanted half and half sweet and unsweet so I tell her yes I know and usually that's my ArnoldPalmer and she tells ok let me just charge you the difference cause we charge extra for the ArnoldPalmer. I didn't like the way she handle the situation and made me feel stupid by correcting me all she needed to do is change my drink and everything would have been taken care off. She didn't even give us our receipt and had a very rude attitude. I have been working in Customer Service for a long time and don't appreciate the way Danielle treated me.

Great atmosphere. But don't like how u feel rushed to get out. Mgr gives u the feeling u can't hang out a bit. My wifes at orange theroy so i and our 2 yr thought we'd eat breakfast and hang out at chic fil a. I take my son to the restroom and come back our oj, coffee and left over food is gone. Table cleaned off. I assumed it meant i should leave. Im not going to say what i think it really is.
