Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

Best Chik fil a we’ve ever been to. Big, clean, updated, amazingly fast service and hands down the best customer service anywhere! My husband said it was the best chicken sandwich he’s ever had (and that’s including from other chil-fil-a’s!) So impressed and had a great lunch! Love their clean high chairs with wipes and placemat for my son. Manager extremely friendly. Live succulents on the tables. Nice artwork. They also have a play set for the kids.

Great customer service. Good food. Very clean. Reasonable prices. As far as fast food goes this place is hard to beat.

There are several reasons why we go to this location. It’s super clean, it’s close to home and HEB, the friendly staff, etc. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Today I had the best experience yet. The cashier, Alli, was so sweet and patient. My daughter (she is 4) can be very particular about her order, and Alli patiently waited while we figured it all out. While waiting for our food, I watched one of the men that works here talk with a little girl while her dad got the baby ready to go. Not only did he carry a conversation with her, but he also read her a book. I cannot express how grateful I am for the service of the employees that work here. They go above and beyond for every guest.

Got food poisoning from the SW salad and too scared to eat there again had to go to urgent care clinic cuz I thought it was the flu! Paid a hefty bill
