Chick-fil-A WestPointe Village, New Braunfels TX

Love CFA. Visiting this area for a week so picked up food here 3x. One time got to go salad and was given order without fork to eat with.

Food was great, and we were confused on where to go and this lady told us she’d take our order and let Us come inside to cool off. All in all prob my best experience at a fast food restaurant. Great customer service and

Never thought I’d give a CFA 3 stars…. Horrible service. They take longer than Whataburger and if you’re from Texas, you know how long that takes. Using the app is pointless because they still park you for 15 minutes. 3/10 recommend. I use to come to this CFA 3-4 times/week and now I would definitely rather drive across town to the other CFA before I come here.

Quality is going downhill. Fries used to be fresh and actually fill the container it was in. Chicken is not juicy anymore, it's dry. Fruit does not taste fresh, oranges are canned flavor. And what really just took the cake.my daughter was having a rough day and all she wanted was a brownie. First thing we ordered. Guess what.no brownie. Waste of hard earned money, time, and I feel like I made my daughter's day worse.

They have not let me and my family come inside to eat for over a year and now they are asking us to come see their new remodel? No thank you. My money spends just fine next door where they allow us to come inside to eat.

Fast service & friendly staff. Drive through line is set up in a strange fashion due to the pandemic, although we all have to deal with the situation.

Chick fila is well known for great food & customer service. But this last time was not the case. I had order some fries with my order only to notice I did not get them when I got home. I call the store and the best they offer was
# 1 give me a refund or
# 2 for me to drive back to the store to get the fries. Which is a waste of time & money for a order of fries. Neither of this choices was a positive option for an error made.

Great service! We had several rewards that we planned on using and there was no hassle whatsoever. The drive through employees were wonderful and took our rather strange order and coupons without a fuss. I didn't even realize you could redeem more than one reward at a time until we asked!

Alwaysbthe best service, and food! These people have their act together! Very sanitary everyome wearing masks during pandemic! Im very impressed. I felt very safe eating here!

The staff here is amazing! The person taking my order was helpful when I had questions and the window attendant was very polite. Long line but quick service. I don't know how they do it.

This restuarant has a indoor playground for the kids. The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Lots of parking and has a drive thru. It is also located in a new retail shopping center!

This store is the best in New Braunfels! Always so clean, and they’re super friendly compared to the one on Walnut.there’s really no comparison! Also, they go all out for Christmas!

This is my families favorite Chick Fil A. The owner can be seen in most days, which I find to be awesome. He is such a nice man. This location is full of friendly faces who strive to provide the best service and they succeed. We have never been disappointed and love to visit at Christmas time because the owners take the time to do Christmas right!

We LOVE working with Chick-fil-A! We pre-ordered 79 sandwiches with Logan at this Chick-fil-A location for our students attending our local ACTION Speech & Debate Tournament. As always, Logan and everyone at Chick-fil-A are very professional and easy to work with, and all the kids loved it! Thank you, Logan and Chick-fil-A!

Our favorite fast food restaurant. Food is great and the customer service is great. The young people who work there have the best manners of any restaurant around.

Friendly staff, tasty food & drinks, fast service, comfortable atmosphere & a play room for the kids.

The staf are very friendly. The food is really good. It just always seems to take an extra long time to get your order. I will definitely go back though, the chicken wraps are amazing.
