Chick-fil-A WestPointe Village, New Braunfels TX

I love Chick Fil-A but I will never stop here and eat inside again. The music is very very very terrible. Every time I come inside the music puts me to sleep. I have made numerous complaints about the terrible music being played and nothing has changed. I will never step foot in this establishment until the music changes.

Outstanding customer service each and every time to make you feel at home. Food is good but it's fast food so don't expect something that it's not.

Always a great time here. Fries weren't quite hot enough for me, they cheerfully gave me a new order!

Honestly, I think Hal runs the best Chick-fil-A on the planet right here in New Braunfels, TX! Consistently “over and above” with their customer service, cleanliness and.generally everything! I hope every business takes a lesson from this place!

This place is very clean and inviting. Put's the one on IH-35 to shame. During Christmas they go all out with decorations.

Best Place to Eat in Town. My family chooses Chick Filet over all the restraints in town. From grandkids to my 83 year old dad, We love the selection for everyone. The staff are so friendly and we always have a Great Experience. THE DRIVE THRU IS ALWAYS ON HYPER- SPEED!

I usually like this place but it's only Nov. 7th and it looks like garish Satan exploded in this place. Ugh. I left and went to Casa Garcia.

I usually buy a gallon of sweet tea each week, the last month or so the tea has been cloudy and doesn't taste as good. Not sure what changed but go back to your previous tea brewing. Thanks.

The best chick-fil-a I've ever been to! My sister, my mother and I come every Thursday for lunch with kids in tow! The staff is beyond amazing. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
