There on a guest relations coupon cause the last trip at a different location was so messed up. Well, order came out wrong TWICE so we said nevermind cause we had plans after. Manager Desirea tried to make us pay for not only our appetizer & teas but tried to charge us for the game which we didn't touch except for moving it out of our way. I paid for our appetizer (which we only had a few bites cause we didn't want to get full on) & teas so $15.12 and late to our plans. Will be complaining yet again.

Amazing service by the server who stopped what he was doing to help me while carrying a order for a table. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction and awesome service and knowledge by the TOGO guy. Definitely going back! Said 15 to 10 min and he was right on the time as well. I also seen the manager come out and took some orders while the runner was grabbing food. Now thats teamwork! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK! -Eric

Rick was a great waiter, good food kind of out of our way, but if we're back in that area will definitely stop back in to see them

Tore up the nachos, then the toilet. It felt good to get out of my living room and not have to do dishes or clean the bathroom.

Terrible hostess will tell you it will be 5-10 minutes if she is at the front of house. You will wait for 30+ minutes and she will act as if you are the problem if you ask how much longer the wait will be.

If you're looking to see if you should eat here, and youre driving close by. Keep driving. Don't stop here. Best to go to another location. Management, host and staff here don't care. Horrible location.

Tried to eat dinner here. Hostess said a 5-10 minute wait, which was fine. But, after about 20 minutes. & several tables cleared but no one being seated, we left. Hostess basically thanked us for leaving.

I've been visiting this location for the last 6 years and it seems to be going downhill quickly on service and quality. The manager, Michael, has no positive customer service attributes. I had an incorrect order and food that was thrown on my plate very sloppy and Michael had no desire to help or rectify the poor service displayed by his staff. I will drive to Garland to visit chilis going forward. This location in Richardson is awful, they need to hire better staff.

I had an awesome experience at this location. Great food, great happy hour deal, friendly staff, the manager Monica is the best!

Service not so good, got the bottomless soup and salad, comes with chips however he never brought them. By then we had already finished our salad so we had to ask for the chips and received a frustrating look.as for the soups they were loaded down with tortilla strips, with no chicken in the chicken enchilada just tortilla strips and no potatoes and potato soup just tortilla strips, was awful

Stopped @ 9 pm on way back from airport, waited 5 mins at the front hostess stand for someone to seat us. It looks they were very short staffed.

I love the food and new menu choices. The wait staff is good, but the last 2 times we have been there (last 2 weeks) the drinks take over 10 to 15 minutes to get to the table. Even if we use the app. The waiters seem to no longer check back with this feature and expect us to order from the kiosk. Maybe a good idea to flag a server down, but nobody wants to do the work and leave a tip.

I called my order in at 12: 50 asked for it to be held off for 5 mins because it would take 15 mins and 20 for me to get there. I get there and I realized I’m waiting. I ask what I’m waiting for? Just to be told it wasn’t put in. 30-40 mins time wasted. I called the manager just to be offered coupons. Mind you that I’m in there every week, some times 3xs a week. Wasted my time! NEVER GOING BACK! I hate being lied to.

Definitely different this time.not in a good way. Poor service.average food. What has happened here?

Monica the manager was so helpful. Didn’t receive my order from doordash completely not Chili’s fought. She has been following up with my order and making sure i’m taking care of. It’s the small things that matters when it comes to customer service. Monica is excellent. Chili’s will always get my service thanks to Monica (Manager). Huge thumbs up for the richardson, tx location.

Ordering online is very easy but i ordered a pinapple mandarín salad and got no pineapples. Thats a bit upsetting it takes away from the flavors. Always check your orders then and there.

The menu has changed so much I don't know how I feel about it. The food we did order was good and service was too

Chicken enchiladas were pretty good, but they need to clean the wireless terminals at each table where you can pay for your meal, etc. The one on our table was filthy on the back of it. Those should be cleaned as each table is cleaned.

The buns on the burgers were burnt to a crisp.

I really enjoy Chili's, the Margarita grilled chicken is absolutely fantastic with a little hint of lime. Wash it down with a ice cold 22oz pint of Modelo, you have yourself a great meal. Definitely give this place a go if you already haven't.

The food was good. The big issue I had is that my buddy and I were almost arguing with the hostess for nearly 3 minutes because she "couldn't seat us" due to the kitchen being backed up. We told her we weren't going to order food for a bit but she still said no. She told us multiple sections were "unavailable" even though other customers were clearly seated there (including the bar!) I get that they were short-staffed, but that shouldn't be made MY problem. At LEAST allow me to sit at a table!
