26Walked in was gonna have a seat in the open bar they said it was on a wait. Hostist said 5 minute wait after 10 minutes left no seating. I'm assuming they were shorthanded lots of open tables
My daughter took me out for the lunch. She suggested the $10 menu. I never knew dinning out at a restaurant can be so affordable. The food was good too.
My son loves this place. This one has been at this location for ever. Always brings back memories of other great times me and my family and friends have had. Waiter was pretty chill and honest. Food was good and disappeared.
First, where do I start? I had to ask for someone to come take our drink order then when the waiter comes he doesn't seem to happy to be working. I had to wait a long time for a tito punch and when it came the fruit was bad. Then the whole diner looked just dirty. Plates and dishes were still on like 3 of the tables. So, we figured nobody wanted to work after 8 pm or something. The worst that I have seen in a restaurant.
Ordered dinner through to go part of chilis. Arrived and asked to half the payment of $21.65. Half card half cash, lady charges $1.65 on card then takes $20 cash. As she’s scrolling through her phone she doesn’t even look up at me & says aw man my bad and has to go get a manager. THEN the manager comes over charges my card for $10.82 & $9.17 AND takes $10.82 of my cash. I realize these charges the next morning because it made my account go negative & my bank charges me a $35 fee! So I call the restaurant and the manager says he can’t help me because he’s not the one who did it after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes TWICE. This is literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had, ended up costing me almost $70 for a $21.65 order and nobody can help me. Ridiculous
Burgers have improved recently, they are making them differently than they used to. Juicier, but still nothing like the original Chili's restaurant, that used to be at Greenville and Meadow in Dallas. They need to get back to the hand cut fries, and their namesake, chili.
