Terrible after sale customer service. We were forced to use ATC as part of car registration. We could’ve easily do car titling at local DMV. Assuming a really long wait, most it would take is an hour or two wait time. It’s been a month and a half, we have not yet received our car registration docs. Called and left voicemail to the sales associate and the manager hoping they could assist. Of course they don’t bother to call back.

I was in a wreck and my car totaled so I was on a hunt for a specific Brand, Make, and Model. After literally talking to 4 other dealerships Jacob Campbell received my inquiry via autotrade website and not only responded right back, but he continuously followed up with me, sent me pictures and videos, and answered my many questions I had. Unlike the other dealerships, he provided me with wonderful customer service and he was not pushy or too "salesy". He was extremely prompt and I'm so glad I purchased my car from him! My family and I will definitely be back for our next purchases. Not only was Jacob great, but Catherine in finance was great to work with as well. I had a very pleasant experience, and since I knew my car, my deal, and already had my funds, I wasn't at the dealership for too long. Definitely recommend this place of business.

Very Courteous customer service and sales consultant was completely upfront about all the cost involved in the car. There was no extra fee of whatsoever added in the purchasing order.

LOVE this place! The building itself is gorgeous and I love going in there but what really makes it so great are the employees! Everybody from the sales team 2 the admin, Finance and service have all been nothing but wonderful. A special shout-out to Lizzy Ledebur who sold me my car! She is so cute and sweet and knowledgeable she made buying the car fun and such a super easy process!

Wow, what a BMW experience. I have purchased 3 previous M cars from classic BMW. An M3, M6, and a X5M. I always felt the M5 was the all time greatest sedan and when I read the spec’s of the 2018 M5, I was all in and it was time to sell my 2007 911 turbo.

There was a long waiting list but Robin McCormick and his assistant Max Stamer kept me in the loop on when my spot was getting closer. When they got wind of the competition version coming, and really knowing me as a driver, Robin made a fantastic suggestion to put me on the top of that list. This was a decision I really appreciated since I do take the car to the track. Well worth the wait!

Robin also knew exactly what worked and didn’t when I was customizing the car. He even knew the options that were not obvious, like the external carbon fiber accessories, and how the matte finish would hold up. It’s always nice when you spend this much money sight unseen that you trust the person advising you. Robin is that guy!

I’m so happy with this purchase. I normally drive my cars as daily drivers for more than 10 years and I can easily see myself driving this car till the wheels fall off. I just had my 1200 mile service and I unleashed the beast. Wow, not just an amazing car but an absolutely amazing driving experience. Thank you Robin, Max and BMW.
