I have been to the service department several times and have had excellent service with Chip Koestler as my advisor.

Poor service. Brought car in to have bulb changed. 2 employees told garage personnel they didn’t have time to help me. Although they were at their desk with no customers.excessive wait time for minor issue. Atmosphere very unfriendly. Will search for a different dealer Igor future concerns.even if I need to drive a distance

My wife and I walked in to the dealership really looking to get a better feel for what we wanted and gain a better understanding of BMW in general. We were welcomed with open arms by the receptionist and had zero wait time in talking with an associate. I feel like we lucked out and was placed with Bob Cawthon! He was amazing! The vibe I received from him was extremely calming and he made it very clear that he was just there to answer any question we may have and not push us in one direction or another. I also have to give him praise on his patience as we came in on a Saturday with just 2 hours left before closing (I can't say I would have been as patient as he was). To say the least, Bob Cawthon was one of the easiest and most genuine car associates I've ever dealt with. He made the whole car buying experience exactly what it should be, rewarding, satisfying, and most importantly stress-free!

I would recommend if anyone is even somewhat interested in buying a BMW, that they go talk with Bob!
