Went in to get my radio fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the best condition before leaving. Service Advisor Ben was super welcoming and helpful I actually felt like he explained everything to me really well, I would definitely go back to him with any other car needs I have in the future. Overall I’m super happy with my experience here thank you Ben and Raymundo!

Edwin did everything in his power to make the deal work for me when I thought forsure I wouldn't get the deal. It was rocky at first but now I'm truly satisfied and happy with the results. They really did strive to give me the absolute best service. Major shout out to Augie for pushing to make the deal work. Thank you guys.

Bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Trax and not even a month it starts breaking down on me. They have been working on my car for a week now and I’m pretty sad my brand new car is having these type of issues. The technician that is working on my car is super nice but other than I’ve been disappointed with the service and this dealership. Spoke to the general manager once and haven’t been able to get back in contact with him. Please look into getting a car somewhere else. They have poor customer service.

My daughter purchased a 2016 Trax as a gift for Mother’s Day she paid $15k cash! Not even a month later The check engine and coolent light came on, ended up being a cylinder head/motor which caused the AC to stop working. I immediately called The girl I spoke to told me the service department will contact me to set up an appointment, they did not the following day I called again and set up the appointment for 7am the next the morning, I arrived at 6: 45, I didn’t end up leaving until 11 AM four hours later in a rental. (ridiculous service) It has been over a week since I drop my car off and my daughter was barely notified yesterday what was going on when I clearly asked the gentleman to contact me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been saved from wasting thousands of dollars from taking my 2011 Chevy Equinox to this dealership. In July 2018, a coworker noticed my headlight was out so I called Clay Cooley Chevrolet Service Department in Irving to inquire about getting it replaced. They quoted me nearly $600 for the part itself and approx. $300 for labor, claiming the mechanic would have to drop my bumper in order to change the bulb. WHAT!? Instead, I purchased a bulb from Advance Auto Parts in Irving and called Christian Brothers (CB) for a quote. $60 for labor. THANK SWEET BABY JESUS! They replaced my headlight lickety-split and didn’t need to “drop the bumper” either. The guys at CB even pointed out a leak that should’ve been fixed by the Clay Cooley Collision Center from a recent minor accident and left a cold bottle of water in my console when I came to pick up my vehicle. I’m so grateful for the professionalism and pure quality of service I’ve experienced ELSEWHERE and will never take my car to this dealership again. Be careful if you come here!

I am VERY disappointed in Clay Cooley. I would NEVER buy a car from this business and I will stress to everyone that I can to never purchase a vehicle from this business. A car was reposessed by them 2 weeks ago, the person leasing the car has 8 children. She receives government assistance, the children are hungry but the card for the government assistance is in the car. These children have been eating bare minimum because no one at Clay Cooley is productive. The car leasee has been calling for 2 weeks to get property but you have to make an appointment. They do not answer the phone nor do they answer emails. Clay Cooley does not care about its customers nor their families. Please do not buy a car from here.

Initial dealing on the car was fairly straightforward. I knew exactly the car I wanted. Then the dealer came back with the numbers. $399 for window tinting and $1000 plus for something described to me as “LoJack” in case my car got stolen, so they could track it. I guess they never heard that Onstar can do that. The problem was they just added to the offer sheet. Almost walked out at that point. But the dealer quickly reworked the numbers again. Generally the deals are ok, just pay close attention at all times.

Again. Good salesman.but GM stepped in and ugh.got my credit ran 5x.he had way too much attitude to be in a customer facing position.
But its cool "No one works for free! " Right.

Wow.were do I start. When I first got my Vehicle, I was so excited. Now this has turned into a Nightmare. I've only had my Vehicle for 2 months and I have been having problems with it and I have been trying to go through Clay Cooley for assistance, and all I have been getting is the runaround. This has been one of the worst experiences i've had to deal with involving an automobile, and at this point, I'm ready to find something else and move on. None of my issues are being resolved and honestly THEY DON'T CARE!

Talk about terrible service, Clay Cooley needs to step up on a professional level and learn how to communicate with customers who are out looking to purchase a vehicle. The Sales Manager is very rude and hangs up the phone consistently on customers without returning your call. Told them to not run my credit and they turn around and run it another 14 times since i did not purchase a vehicle with them. If your looking for a vehicle. Don't see Clay! This isn't worth a star.

This dealership has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been reaching out for over a year to get extended warranty cancelled and refunded. I went through a man in finance and he said he would take care of it and 8 months later it still hadn’t been. I then got in contact with the right person and I finally received a confirmation in March that it went through.but I have yet to receive the funds! When I email or call the lady in charge of this, she doesn’t respond! This has been going on for months! I’m losing money every month because I can’t refinance until this is applied but of course they wouldn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Came in here for a oil change. I’ve never been here, so the first thing I see is the front desk. Not even a “hello” she just raised her eyebrows and said “yes? ” You could obiously tell that she didn’t care.

Mr. Stu was a very help indeed. He went iut if his way to get the right deal for our given budget. I think that he and the guy he trained held on to there integrity and they came away with the best deal for me. I 'm glad to say I am a Clay Cooley customer because of them.

Bought a car there. Would be 5 stars had it not taken from 11am until after close to finish the paperwork. Plus the car they said I applied for want there and last minute had to change to an upgrade and go to a different dealer to pick it up.
