I reached out to them to clean my camera sensor. They did that - and taught me how to do it myself. 15 minutes with these guys added a lot to my self confidence.

This is a great company to buy from. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently called them from my office in Plano about a lens. They said they had it in stock and would courier it to me. I was not in a rush, but in today's times of getting things the same day and overnight, it was refreshing they offered to deliver it to me at no charge. It was here in 2 hours! Great Service!

The only camera rental place I'll go to in the DFW area. These guys are friendly and beyond helpful with any question or request. Renting is made simple and I couldn't imagine any place having better prices!

I was on a business trip to create a video of our showroom at the Dallas Market Center and was not able to bring all my gear on the plane ride. I gave these guys a call and they hooked me up with with great prices and gear. I took a nice walk down to their shop and they insisted on giving me a ride back to the Market Center. They went above and beyond and we will be using them for any photo needs in the future. A+

This place is sooo awesome. I stumbled on it by googling rental equipment. The staff is awesome and made sure to answer all my questions and accommodate me with what I was looking for. These guys where not only friendly and helpful the were informative and concise. I walked in nervous to buy a new camera for the first time in 10 years and I walked out confident I not only got a great deal but the knowledge that I got the right camera and lens for me. My friend who went with me also got a camera back and digital tether for a lot less fuss than she was anticipating. It was a delightful clean and well stocked store and I highly recommend it.

Found a great camera shop in Dallas called Competitive Camera! Nice to have a real camera superstore locally and well run by father and son team. I was looking for a GPS for my Nikon D850 and the guy tried to talk me out of buying one. He said none of the GPS on the market work good with this new model of camera. He had the Nikon GPS that he could sell me, but wanted to do the right thing for the customer. What a refreshing experience from this reseller.
BTW - They actually had the D850 in stock.
