Concentra Urgent Care, Irving TX

I called to see what tine they close today (Saturday), the operator said 8a.m-5p.m. I then drove 20 minutes there and they were closed. They had 2 papers with different hrs of operation posted on the window. One say Saturdays 8-5, the other says Saturdays closed. Very unprofessional

Great staff, clean facility and a doctor who asked questions and listened intently to my answers. I was very pleased with my DOT Physical and will continue to use this location.

Being from out of state and using Concentra all over the country this one is by far the fastest and smoothest for DOT exam. Fast and to the point.

Got fit tested for an N95, the wait wasn’t too long and the radiologic technologist that did the fit test was very friendly

Did a D. O. T physical and drug screen and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was nice and the gentleman who did my eye test and blood pressure was knowledgeable and quick. The Doctor was super nice and explained everything very clearly and the visit was fast even with it being a Friday.

Nice and lovely ladies who treated me with care and respect this is the best Concentra urgent office i ever been too

I loved the atmosphere of the place.
It was clean.
And then, "THEY HAD SNACKS"!
guest that was for the wait.

It was a busy time to go, but the staff were very nice and thorough. I would certainly go there again

Sent back to waiting room 3 times, 3rd time in waiting room was a waste of an hour because I was done. Staff is disorganized and very unfriendly. Would recommend everyone avoid this place.

I had to stay in the office for 2 hours before I was seen everyone that came in after me was seen and gone before I was seen, wasn't happy with that don't think no one should have to sit and wait that long to be seen

I was in and out very quickly for a drug screen. The staff could've been much more friendly but otherwise the experience was quick and easy.

I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Facility was very nice however, parking is not the best. Staff was also very nice.

The facility was extremely busy and I was there for hours! Once I got into the exam room I had to undress from the bottom down and wait for another hour in a half where it was extremely cold before the doctor came in. I’d rather have just waited in the waiting area instead of freezing to death! I was extremely uncomfortable and cold!

The stafff and physicians are always professional, courteous, and exacting. I always look forward to my visits, as I know a great experience awaits me.

First and Last Time Coming Here! Crystal Garcia on front desk, was so rude and so unprofessional, if you don’t like your job I guarantee you that’s there’s more out there! Hope you know that! Don’t be expressing that people pisses you off in front of patients

Everyone at the costumer services desk, nurses and doctors were all very courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out in less than an hour to my convenience. Everyone explained my questions and concerns in a very clear and knowledgeable manner. I’ll definitely recommend this site to anyone.

I went for a DOT/drug test; it went super smooth, and I couldn't have been happier. The nurses and doctors were very friendly, and it was one of the quickest processes I've experienced, seeing as I commonly have to be checked due to my career field. Thanks!

I hate going to places like this. They always take for ever to call you back to the back and take care of you, But not this facility They where fast and friendly.

This place has very friendly staff, good people to be around and will make you laugh! Would recommend going to this location.
