Concentra Urgent Care, Irving TX

The doctor and the Hispanic lady in the front where great. But, the lady, who maybe Samoan was awful. She wasn't paying attention to me, so I had to repeat myself. She was rude and it felt like she didn't want to be there that day. Please get rid of that person or let her know that customer service is a valuable and key component to any and all business expenses.

Try to avoid this place if you don’t want to wait for 3 hours. Helpful staff but the total wait time is 3 hours. They call your name after first hour and put you in the patient room, then you wait for another two hours to finally see the doctor.

We are from Nashville, TN and found them on Internet Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Sayani was very thorough.
So glad we found them.

I hurt my foot so bad and they just gave me an a small dose of codeína #3 I had to go to the hospital and get it re checked

The staff was rude to me from the start. Not one person acknowledged I was at the front desk until I finially said “helloooo! ”, then they seemed annoyed by me even being here. After that the front desk lady jerked my id out of my hand when handing it to her. Lastly when I asked a rough estimate of the wait time she rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me just to tell me the wait was an hour. Would give 0 stars never have come across this bad customer service.

This is the worst place I have ever been.
The wait time is always bad. I was there for 3 1/2 hours. When I finally seen the doctor. She look at my injury for 2 minutes and did a xray. Gave me meds and told me to report back to work. I woke up the next day my body was aching. I do not like the service. They need two experience doctors and better receptionist.

While my visit took care of my health needs, I was disappointed in the patient care I received. Nobody introduced themselves or explained the plan of care. Will be choosing a different clinic for any future needs.

All do they need more personal working on saturday, the girls and guys there are very profesionals it was a long wait but it was whort every min the best doctor i ever come a cross Michel Hurla good advice, also Dalia Sustaita thanks a lot

Took just over 2 hrs for a Dot physical and UA when they where not even busy. Physician doing the DOT physical was rather rude and pushy would not recommend using this place to anyone

The staff at the desk are rude. Before going to be seen I had asked the people at the desk if they accept my insurence. They didn't even make eye contact. The guy was like no and kept doing what he was doing. Didn't even try to help me find a clinic that will accept it

Upon arrival, staff was kind. Once I was taken into the exam room where vitals were taken, again treated kindly. Then I was told doctor would be coming in shortly or shouldn't be too long. 10 minutes turned into 15, then 30 minutes, finally 40 minutes! And finally doctor comes in and takes all of 5 minutes. Someone should have come in a couple of times out of courtesy to let me know I wasn't forgotten about. I just felt so discussed with their lack of respect for their patients.
