Concentra Urgent Care, Arlington TX

All of my phonecalls were courteous and they were always able to answer my questions. Waiting period is short and they made sure to help me with paperwork.

I thought that I was going to be there for a long time since they were a little busy, but I was in and out and about a hour.

Had to go for my DOT physical people were really great friendly answered all my questions to the full exam no problems they all did a great job.

The staff was amazing and very Professional! The visit was quick and very efficient. Everyone made sure everyone one was tended to and the staff worked very well together not skipping a beat.

It's all good not even mad I'll use it as motivation. I will just say the fmsa sleep apena number is 20 to be placed on cpap machine not 15. You should know that and you had to go ask and kept saying I'm pretty sure its 15 it's not you could have looked that up easy but you had a point to prove.it is what it is. I'll do my part to ensure next and their will be a next time that their no question of my health but you was wrong.

I had an appointment with Dr. Pham for something I needed to get taken care of quickly and he exceeded my expectations! Actual visit was quick, I was in an out. I got what I needed and he even followed up with me personally.

The staff was polite, but I was there for about four hours waiting for a drug when I was told it’d only be an hour to and hour and a half wait. I missed a class, even though I arrived with plenty of time to do my test and make it to class on time. If you have a choice, go somewhere else to do your drug test. If you have to go here, clear your schedule and bring something to do.

I got appointment 1: 45 with this place. When i waiting up to 45 minuts and no one called my name and i walk to the front desk ask for leaving cause my job time clock out for 2: 30 pm and had going to pick up my kids from school.when i come back to my work place i hear my boss told me about concentra complain bout and said i was yelling. Every one have liabke when you slander to the people.

I waited for four hours on atime sensitive problem, I had to explain to the MD he was incompetent, and I still was no seen, I had to leave and very frustrated. The manager is a fool and stated that I have to have appointment, question? How can you have an appointment For an accident. The staff was great some of them.

As a patient client of concerta Altogether the doctor visit was great the Nurses were able to make appt as easy as possible with nice and fast assistance. A very good experience, especially on a Saturday morning.

Service was performed perfectly. Reception and employment staff were very kind and thoughtful. My wait time wasn't very long wich was a plus. I am 100 percent satisfied. I also will recommend anyone to visit this location. 5 stars from me.

Went in for a simple drug screen. Arrived a 6.
Told 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. 2 hours and 20 minutes later had the 4 minutes it required for the urine screen. Inadequate staffing was completely evident. Will never go back.

I thought it was awesome they offered pretzels and water as we were waiting, something that differentiates them from all the urgent cares in the area. The little things can make a big difference. Thank you

Very poor experience. Had to wait over two hours for them to tell me they couldn't see me. I need to give a urine sample and was ready as soon as I got there. I was told I couldn't give my urine sample until I was seen for my injury. Them after 2 hours when they told me they couldn't see me for my injury because they couldn't get clearance I was asked if I would like to do my urine sample. Worst experience I have ever had from a patient care facility. Wish I could give the a negative star!

No reason that someone should check in at 10: 07 am on a Saturday to get a DOT physical and leave at 2: 15 in the afternoon. I was told that the wait is less if I go on Saturday or Sunday. I hate to think what the weekday wait would've been. The staff and doctor were pleasant and cordial but the wait times need improvement. BTW.there were about 10-12 others waiting when I arrived. I'll probably look at other options next time.

Took so long just to do a drug screen. When said it was taken to long front desk lady got a attitude, I then said I don't need the attitude and the other lady gasped like she was shocked. I'm the customer and don't need attitude just because you are short staffed. More people should have been working on a Saturday!

I can’t believe how long of a wait I have to wait to get a physical exam for a job I applied for even though I had an appointment. My appointment was 8am, I got here 7: 45am before the place even opened.was the first one here and at 9am, I have yet to be seen. People have been coming in and out after me! I hope I never have to come here again. This is ridiculous. I won’t ever recommend.

So far I'm sitting in the waiting room with my husband. They have 2 females up who did not want to be at work today and were very rude. So far I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, front desk seems incapable of doing their job. Will update once we see how the back staff is, hopefully more professional than the front.

Unfortunately, I had to visit this dreadful place, two days in a row. They have extensive wait times and SOME of the workers are unfriendly and incompetent! Management both male and female, aren't concerned with the overall tone of this facility. I've literally waited over 2 hours, each visit. - I gave birth to my children, quicker than THIS! Get it together and hire staff, whom are able to provide exceptional customer service and care.

Concentea was Thorough but had complete disregaird to HOW the CUSTOMER wanted the medical tests to be conducted. Example was. I am suspose to use the treadmill, but concentra had me use a stepping step instead. Even while a treadmil was available and empty. Same for other tests.
