26Went on for a DOT physical, I stayed three hours before I was seen. We to the counter there times and ask have you forgotten about me, I was told no. Finally got to the back and was told someone miss placed my file. Never experienced a clinic like this before.
Staff is nice, but with 3 and a half wait time is crazy. You get skipped over, there’s only one Doctor on shift. If you are coming here, bring your phone charger or a gaming system to help pass the time by.
The doctor that I had diagnose me wrong. Wrong information on my discharge papers. The head receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. I'm in scruciating pain and physical therapist told me that it was normal.
Very careless staff. Wait time are way longer then expected. I had to visit again because they lost my sample. Next visit got express checkout service
Very good experience! Great people! I asked if they could check my Blood pressure while I was there for a drugscreen because I just recently got put on bp meds for that and the nurse did not hesitate one bit!
Very kind staff, helpful with printing my concentra form out for me, and spent reasonable amount of time for my whole process.
