24The 2 salesmen we had to deal with were awesome! First one was a manager I believe. (Can’t remember his name). He was able to tell us so much about the washer and dryers. Mr King was out other salesman. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to a answer any questions we had. I look forward to shopping at this Conns location again! Hope Mr King is working that day! There were other sales people playing with their phones and not caring to assist anyone. Made a joking comment to them and got a go the hell look. May God continue to bless the two salesman we worked with. I am old school, good customer service goes a long way.
Horrible experience, fridge (Samsung) went out a few days before warranty expired, serviceman came out and supposedly fixed what the conns delivery men had messed up (fridge didn’t close properly) one month later fridge stop cooling again, only now, there’s no warranty.shoddy product, all other refrigerators that I’ve own lasted for years.no more cons for me.
I was late one time. They helped me through it. I'm just about through paying for my item. Haven't decided yet but thinking on getting a couch for my next purchase.
I tried to buy a Sofa Sleeper for the advertised price, but at checkout I was given a different price. The manager tried explaining that there was some problem with the advertisement and that I was given some kind of "bundled price" if I had bought another item. He went as far as saying that his employees were mistaken and he would do some corrective training. So I figured that it wasn't my fault.and they would honor what the original sales associate told me.which was a $100 less. Nope.the customer is never right at this CON-ns.so I took my business elsewhere. Dont be fooled by them!
I bought a bedroom suite and I lost my job due to covid and they are suing me and they did not take the deductible off for the customer service scratched the furniture and did not put the bed together and did not even call me to try to work anything out company is not good in answering your phone calls but can sue you
Noemi Del Toro made my experience with Conn's a wonderful one. She was so sweet and nice. Very informative. I would recommend Conn's and Noemi to anybody.
Horrible! Do not do it unless you want to pay triple for the product. The yes money financing accumulates so much interest that it is impossible to pay it off if you don’t pay it off within 3 or 4 months of getting it. Conns are really cons so please learn from my dumb mistake! I paid them off when I got my school money and will neverrrrrr go back
This furniture opened a credit line without my consent. I specifically told the representative that I was not interested in opening an credit line with them. They insured me that no account would be opened. A few weeks later I received a Conn's credit card in the mail. I call the customer care immediately questioning credit card sent out.
I bought an iPad Pro last night from this location. It was supposed to be a bundle with the iPad, Apple Pencil, and a case. I get home and the case is huge. The packaging says “made for chrome book” and it’s pretty much useless to me. I called and spoke to the manager and they basically said there wasn’t anything they could do. I just wish the salesman would have let me know that when I purchased this as a bundle.as the “bundle” was a joke.
Our first visit was not the best and things were not explained. However, Erique was who I spoke with the second visit and he did an awesome job in getting things fixed and set up.
Outstanding service and our salesperson knew exactly what we wanted and delivered exceptional service. Definitely will return!
I live the idea of shopping on line n completing the paperwork then going into the store signing them n picking up the item. I was only at the store for about 30 minutes. It was awesome.
There’s a young man that works at conns in Waco named Mack Kimble, very nice an knowledgeable young man, really made my visit enjoyable, go see him
Mr Evan's was a very good sales representative. Highly trained, knowledgeable and pleasant. He has a sound grasp on details from mattresses with movable bases, electronics and equally with furniture. I will definately be making a large purchase through him and feel I am better equipped to pick good products that will serve me due to his time investment and wealth of knowledge he shared today.

The representative that called me was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the company and what appliances they have as well. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't came in today. While I was there tell gentleman man there was nice and I ended up purchasing 2washers (my mother needed one), 1dryer and a TV. I will be BK for more in the future! Thanks Conn's and the employees that helped along the way
I am a one happy shopper! Five stars for Jorge Ferrer for being an excellent representative. When I visited the store earlier, I was quite doubtful but Jorge has explained every process & was very transparent about the transactions we have made. Jorge made Conn’s a better place to shop ️
Erique Colbert was very professional and polite, he took time to explain you guys current promotions and I was very please with his courteousness and was a great delite to do business with. I got at Conn's at 10: 30 and at 2: 16 we got leave that long to get things done when I walked In I was already approved I did the application on line the night before I did not plain on spending about 4 hours in Conn's I had what I wanted picked out the first 20 minutes I was there the rest was them and there paperwork
