German was an awesome salesman. He was very good at his job. I was very pleased with his services. Go see German. I will go back too see him.

We purchased a washer and dryer set 3 months ago. 6 days ago we called because our washer stopped working, we are still waiting on a repair man. In store customer service is fantastic, service after the sale, not so much.

BUYER BEWARE! I initially had a great customer experience. Central air went out and I was not in a position to replace it so I went to the Conn's in Waco and purchased four (4) window AC units. I was so happy that they could be delivered the next day and, according to the Manager, installed for $99 per unit. That seemed a bit high but, with Texas temperatures rising, I opted to have two units installed. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GO DOWNHILL. When the units were delivered Tuesday at 12: 30pm, the driver informed me that they could NOT install the two units as (1) it was a two person job, even though there were two men in the delivery truck; (2) they had never installed window AC units before; and (3) the Manager would be calling me that day about refunding the charges for installation. Seems like good customer service, right? Again, that was Tuesday at 12: 30pm. This is Thursday at 5: 30 am and, yes, I am still awake, with temperatures between 80 and 85 inside and fans in windows throughout the house. I have NOT received a call, text, email or voicemail about the $198 installation charge for services promised but NOT performed. I am hopeful, however, that my nephew or neighbor can help me this weekend to get the units installed. Again, BEWARE as what you are told at the store may NOT be what is done on delivery and you may NOT ever be contacted about a refund or recovery for services requested and paid for but NOT rendered.

I went into there to look at refrigerators as I wasn't ready to buy. The salesman asked if we could sit down just to look at what my budget would be to lease. I SPECIFICALLY told him I was in the process of repairing my credit due to medical bills and that I did NOT want a hard inquiry to my credit report. He told me I wouldn't have one and RAN MY INFORMATION ANYWAYS! Now I have a hard inquiry on my report that I specifically told him I did not want and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! They are apparently just snakes. Absolute filth of people.
