The amenities are beautiful, well kept, and clean.and guess what!? There's actually parking.sounds silly, but as a lady sometimes arriving home late, at my previous apartment i'd have to walk FOREVER to get to my unit.not here (:

I've lived here for 8 months and it's really the best experience one could expect from leasing an apartment. The price is fair, the location is convenient, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, the grounds and amenities are well kept. They are super pet friendly, and waived the pet deposit and rent increase for my emotional support animal. The pool is a refreshing salt water lap pool with plenty of areas to lounge and grill, the gym is more spacious than most and equipped well enough for your average gym goer. The office staff is kind and professional. Audrey is super sweet and often times has my packages ready for pick up before I even walk through the door.
The only down side to this place is how they planned around containing the trash. There is no valet trash service and they do not recycle. The trash containment area is a centralized compactor that lacks the capacity to accommodate the amount of residents. Often times trash bags are piled outside of the compactor and visible to anyone driving by. To Sov's credit, however, they do not sit there for long.
These apartments are great. My issue is with the staff. I visited yesterday and was ready to sign on the dotted line. When I inquired about fees Angela informed me that there would be an 89$ fee total for my roommate and I combined after completing an online application due to a promotion. So you can imagine my surprise upon my completion of the application online seeing a price of 270$. When I called about this issue I’m then told that “oh yes you will be refunded the difference if you get approved, However it’s non refundable if you don’t. ” Why wasn’t I told about this beforehand? If I’m quoted a price that’s what I expect to pay. So unfortunate because I really wanted to lease here. The staff needs to be more upfront
And less deceiving.
