Costco Wholesale, Plano TX

I've never been when it wasn't busy.but to be staff is always amazing to me. Clean, well stocked, and efficient.

Even though it was crowded for a Saturday afternoon, they kept the process going well. Rotation of product was happening constantly in the meat section. Self-checkout was kind of "assisted self-checkout since someone was actively using a handheld scanner to scan everything and move the process along quickly. In and out faster than I expected for a Saturday afternoon.

Some of the customer representatives are not well trained. They are rude and dismissive. Customer service needs to be improved at the check out.

SOMETIMES THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT.
EMPLOYEES SRE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL HERE.
BUT IN SAN DIEGO AND BOSTON AREA THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.

It's Costco. They sale big and cheap. What can you say more about? I would like if their spirit section was bigger, that's the reason of the 4 star review

East plano location is always packed and not the most friendly employees.go to west plano or mckinney if you are able to

The Rib Eye Steaks from this Costco were so tender and delicious after it was cooked. I recommend it! The working staff were friendly and so helpful. The Best Costco Working Staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet!

The folks at the counter tried to double charge multiple times. Make sure to double check your bill always.

Costco is the place to go for fast, great and happit service. These employees seem to really enjoy their jobs or careers and it shows.

Finally! We have a Costco in our neck of the woods! Costco in McKinney is their newest location. I shop online and in-store. Can't get enough. Their credit card program has amazing benefits and perks. The associates in the store enjoy what they do and I enjoy shopping there.

One of the best big box stores in the country. They have a vast quantity of quality products that are reasonably priced.

Needs more smiles, happiness, excitement and customer interaction. Pump up the music and display samples all day not just some days and bring more Organic foods at great prices. Will return and check!

Great place to shop for necessities! You must arrive at the steps early though, all the good stuff will get picked over if you get there late? The parking lot is a madhouse, security should be present while in the confines!

In there only about 30 minutes but love the ice cold fresh produce area. Easy to navigate with the electric cart. More to come.

While visiting Texas we stopped at the Costco in Plano parking lot was full and it was extremely hot there was a cop Tower in the parking lot which made us feel uneasy. The store was nice and well-kept but did not seem to have a large selection of the stuff that we usually have in Puyallup Washington. It was extremely hard to get in and out of this Costco do to the roadways and how messed up the roads are. We would say if you don't have to visit Costco while you're in playing don't.

Awesome service, had a return from another store, no questions asked. New location opened a few months ago, very clean.

Morning shopping, was able to easily find everything and checkout swiftly. Always nice experience and great quality for the price.

Good place to shop with a huge variety. Lots of ethnic foods, and everything is large packs. Better in choice than Sam's club and better customer service. There are people here who actually smile and answer or help with your needs. Prices are higher than Sam's but better quality and choice.

My family and I enjoy shopping here because of the samples and it is great as long as you don’t go too late on the weekends.

Usually shop at the "other" "wholesale" club that is Costco's competitor. I was looking for half and half but the store I usually go to changed from a premium brand to their house brand at about the same price but the quality is just not that good. So, I decided to go to Costco to try their house brand, Kirkland. They didn't have their house brand on the shelf. Tired of both places raising their prices, lowering their quality, and reducing the amount of product that you receive.
