Costco Wholesale, San Antonio TX

Had trouble with Credit Card. Called bank and all COSTCO had to do, is type in the account number, because it was their terminal, that was defective.

I'm irritated, because it was a big inconvenience and embarrassment.

This particular Costco is my favorite. Friendly service, no haggle returns and quality of merchandise is much better then the other wholesale competitor.

I am a Gold Member of Costco. I love this Wholesale store. The employees have the best attitude & friendly as ever. I know each of them love their job. I am so satisfied with Costco. Thank you.

Costco is the best, home away from home, doesn't really get any better than that, great customer service, great employees, great food, great products great great great!

Been a member for years. Gasoline is Top Tier and low priced. Best deal on roasted chicken. Kirkland branded products good quality. My dogs have only eaten Kirkland brand dog food and the veterinarian says they are thriving.

What can I ever say bad about Costco? I always go in for a few things and leave with a cart full. You can't beat their prices or their return policy and now that they take Visa I go here regularly. I do wish they had a gas station here though which is why it only got 4 out of 5 stars.

I have a serious addiction to Costco! This store, products, freshness, prices and service are great.

Huge and neat. I was out of town so didn't buy anything. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Staff seemed friendly. Wish I had one in Brownsville.

Doesn't have allot if items that are shown in sale paper. More expensive membership than Sam's and very hectic chaos no matter what day or time

My favorite costco ever. Such great staff and helpful team members. This Costco is always clean and very organized. What I am looking for is always where I expect it.

Slightly smaller than the other two Costco in San Antonio but that makes it super useful. I’ve not really had an issue with traffic jams and always has what I’m looking for. Moreover it’s extremely well run.

Rarely go anymore. No coke products in food court anymore (deal breaker). They deleted the chocolate covered ice cream bar rolled in nuts and pizza is not as good as Sam's pizza and a dollar more. I'm mostly going to Sam's now

Don't go on the weekend. Groups of families go just to raid the free samples.it's embarrassing.look like flocks of starving people

The place is very big, so don't be afraid to ask any worker, around evening they will give out samples of snacks, food, and drinks. The selection is insane and I recommend going to the back of the store, the meats and meals they prepare are top notch.

Clean, nice assortment of products. Great fresh baked items. Taste testing. This is a great store and I will be back.

It's the only place I know where you can get your six month supply of toilet paper (we're a family of four, so two weeks) and a pizza to go.

They could not fix my tire. They didn't have time. The cafe guy was just throwing my food at me. Very rude. And the berry Sunday I asked for was very yellow instead of white. What's up with this service? Definitely canceling my membership.

Went to have a flat fixed. Was advised that it could take 1 1/2 hrs. Went shopping and returned two hrs later. Advised employee (more than 1) that i was here to get car. Still working on flat. 20 mins later flat was repaired but no one ever approached and informed me that car was done. Finally a tech comes in and looks in the key box and finds key. I was not informed as to where car was parked. After looking for car went back inside and asked as to where my vehicle was parked. It was at the end of parking lot. The car had been parked in the handicap parking prior to getting serviced and i understand that there may not be another handicap parking space available but they could have informed us that the car was finished and we could have just gotten the car out front, since we were inside waiting instead of having to walk across parking lot. Disapointed in the service. Perhaps if I was purchasing new tires I would have gotten better service. I have both a Costco and Sam's card and like Costcos but after this experience I may just not renew this card and go to Sams from here on out.
