They have a big inventory, with lots of options. They had a few that came in that day, we wanted to look at one so they got it moved and set up right then so we could check it out. Joe was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend him!

As someone who works in the customer service industry, I must say that the quality and care that was provided to my wife and I was of the highest standard. There was no pressure, rush or frustration at any point shown by Gary or Scott. My questions were answered and no surprises in the end. I came to Crestview RV Center on July 31 at 5: 30 PM To look at an RV that my wife and I saw online for 78,000. Now taking in mine my wife and I are over 60 And we’re ready to drop over $78,000 for an RV but I was told by a young man that they could not sell any RV due to the blue law. So I understood and was just looking at what was going to be a Purchase at Crestview on Monday but at approximately 5: 58 pm - 6: 00pm we Word told that they were closing. I understood and was headed back to the truck when my wife was feeling a little dizzy because of the hot sun so she asked a a heavy set gentleman already on a golf cart checking the parameters if she could catch a ride back to our vehicle and his response was he was too busy well that kind of response caused me to go to Camping world instead. I hope you learn never to underestimate one’s pocket. Thank you Disappointment

Mr. Chastain was our sales rep and was awesome! We bought our trailer and even upgraded our weight distribution hitch through him. World class customer service!

I never leave bad reviews, but want to give a heads up so that no one else goes through what we did. First off, we were charged $2,500 for a fifth wheel hitch that was supposed to be included in our package. Not only was it not included, but the hitch costs about $500 and $300 to install. We just had it done for our other truck. Secondly we just took our trailer for the first road trip and ALL of the tires were bad. We blew 2 within the first 300 miles and had to pay $1,800 to replace the tires and sit with twins for 5 hours waiting since it was a Sunday. When the tire blew, it ripped part of the trailer up as well, so now we have to also have that repaired. The tire guy showed us the remaining tires and they had completely seperated, had no cords left, and were extremely misshapen, and were 7 years old! You would think when you spend $60,000 on an rv that they would make sure the tires were ok, but I guess not! So we’re out close to $5,000 and they didn’t care one bit. They told us legally they don’t have to provide adequate tires. I was told it went through inspection when we bought it. Clearly they don’t inspect much. I just don’t want anyone else to go through this so check your paperwork carefully for extra charged and make sure to check the tires before you sign anything!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Big Joe went above and beyond to find me a trailer that met all my needs and stayed in my budget. Highly recommend that you shop here

Wonderful place, Matt the sales person was very attentive was there to make sure our questions and concerns were answered. Crestview RV was highly recommended to us, as we highly recommend it to someone looking for a RV!

My parents recently purchased an RV with the help of Joel Juarez, they found a beautiful one but it was unfortunately already in the process of being purchased.
