CSL Plasma, Mesquite TX

I have been to two other competitors, and in my experience, CSL mesquite has been the best for me. Everyone has different opinions, but I love the staff and clean procedures offered.

Lengthy and disorganized. Newer and cleaner facility, but too time consuming and pays less for new donors. I would recommend Octaplasma in Garland. It seems no one is really interested in helping you through the process. I stood at the front desk while two employees were talking without providing me any acknowledgement.

Hands down this place is way faster than the PG location! There’s always more staff on board and they keep more bays open! I like the fact that we can go between locations this is awesome!

Very unprofessional rude, disrepectful talking loud singing playing around horesplaying lazy I tryed for so longto put up with this negative atsmphere because it's short distance to travel.but that last straw when this lady Shirley enter my information in the screnning process so I couldn't donate if I could rate with negative it would be -5 that just what I would rate it run from this center fast and never look back GOOD BYE CSL PLASMA.

Just transferred from Minnesota and the staff was friendly. The only issue I have is that they don't honor a diamond donor here. In mn if you donate 1000 times or more you are considered diamond meaning you get in front of everyone from the vital check to the donor floor it's not fair to me this should be at all csl plasma locations not just one state or a few states

HONESTLY. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD SPEED UP THE PROCESS AS WELL AS THE HOSPITALITY, THINGS WILL GO A LOT SMOOTHER!

My experience here was terrible. Staff and MAINLY THE MANAGER seem to care more about policy than the donors. I will never come back here

I liked how clean the place was and that it was closer to my home. More inconvenient especially after being drained.

Will not be donating at this center again. How all of a sudden they change their payments for new donors. I wasn't told that at the beginning that my 5th donation would only be $45. What a ripoff this is. People are barely getting paid enough to give our plasma to help aid in saving lives as it is. And you rip us off at the end just pathetic.

This particular location on Gus Thomasson has the sloppiest most unprofessional employees I’ve seen in any field they are all grumpy and don’t look like any of them want to be here don’t come here after this bonus I’m getting today I will no longer even drive by here

The staff does not treat you with dignity. You will get attitudes and they spend a lot of time talking, sometimes are looking away as they are working on you. The experience here was very belittling, I was expecting a friendly donation experience but that is not the case here.

Managers let staff talk to donors any kind of way but defer donors when we talk back. It might be voluntary but with out the donors yall wouldn't be here. Remember that next time yall choose to let your worker do and say whatever.

This is the place 1 donate at, josie, sam, elvia, and lucy r the best. But oveall the whole staff is the best and most respected guys.

The staff is really nice. Lines aren’t long. They have a special going on for new donors. First donation $60 and I think second donation is 70$ and 3rd 60$ up to 4 or 5 donation are bonus money I forgot the amount

Most staff are rude n ghetto they try to talk to you like children they higher new ppl every two min so if you liked getting messed up go there

Rude, by far the worst center ever.i waited 4 hrs to told they could see me or another new donor. NEVER GO HERE

I haven't had any problems with the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. They try their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. Better than other locations by FAR!

Go to a different location. I showed up with everything I needed and with plenty of time to donate and the lady at the front desk turned me away. She gave the excuse that they were short staffed and not taking new donors and they close at 7 not at 8 like thier website says. After giving me the run around and finding I wasn't a new donor she still did not let me donate. Waste of time and gas.

Staff are very rude.you just cant sit there and relax and donate because the employees are always talking about how much they hate there jobs. Ever since they took out the tvs now you just sit there and can hear everthing they are saying form how much they hate their jobs to them talking behind there own team members. IT USE to be a great place to come just to relax n donate now is just plain annoying. I see management dont care cause he lets his staff just talk down about this place.
