Staffwas rude ask a simple question an didn't even get answer if i could give no stars I would I have been here three times an all of them the wait time is ridiculously

Staff allowed some chick to go off on me being racist as hell and not one of them said anything to the girl. Not returning to csl ever again

This place was really good. Now lines are long and if you even enjoy a movie they play all it takes is one person to complain then they put something else on but doesn't matter that there was other watching and then also if ur not buddy buddy with them your put on the back burner. Only a few employees are even worth of being called employees those are the ones that I will talk to the others if u dont flirt or go out of your way you will know where u stand here! Its very sad.

Really wish a new plasma bank would open up closer. Here i am again waiting for a bed when there are so many beds open and the staff just looks at u like your doing something wrong for coming in.

Im officially done with CSL! I have been donating for over a year there but I'm done with them now. My days changed because I am working now so some days I cant go on my day. I came this Sunday so my day to come back is on Tuesday but when I come back on Tuesday I'm not going to get the second amount because Sunday starts a new week. So unless I change my days I will keep getting the same amount over and over which is b******* because if I come on Sunday and come back on Tuesday I should still get my second amount. Done! And they rude af! Elvira is the worst! She gets mad when i don't want her picking me. She sucks! She's left mt arm bruised several times. Only person there that doesn't bruise me is Lucretia and Alice. And CSL gets one damn star because that's the only way I can post. Gtfoh!

Clean, very fast process for new donors and donations, the phlebotomist really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. They check on you and keep us donors at ease. Also they don't prick our finger hard to check blood. The way they take care of us helps us heal efficiently.

Just make sure you don't have plans for after your donation, the average wait time should be 45min-1hr 15ish mins but not here. I've been here 4-5 times now and have done 2-5hrs just waiting on more than one occasion. I am here now as I write this and it's definitely the last time I come and give "donate" plasma. I'll finish this "donation" special and forget about"donating" ever again.

They lowered the payments. Only 3 dollars they said but how much do they profit off a donation. Also I did not answer any of the questions that are used to certify because the computers were down. For example, have I answer all medical question properly.
