Drug Store CVS reviews
30I live close by this drug store, now every time I use the drive-thru pharmacy, there’s always A long wait I’m talking about an hour or more! Very frustrating I have small children and it’s easier to use the drive-thru instead of getting out every time.
Long wait, rude staff in pharmacy! Horrible customer service and only one lane open at drive thru and that’s pointless because who drops of prescriptions in the drive thru in 2021.
The pharmacy is hands on the best.
The went above and beyond for me and getting my child medication approved two weeks of phone calls to me and doctors. Jennifer and Erica you both rock and thank you so much for all of your hard work from a mother this is really appreciated.
Horrible experience ever to receive. I arrive prior to closing to the pharmacy. Do to a worker decide to talk to the customer prior about personal information instead of assisting and doing there job. When it was my turn get help. I was informed they are closing in 10 minutes couldn't be assist. Than to make matters worst sent me to location further away to be inform my one year child medicine is not in stock. This type of treatment is unacceptable. For the head pharmacy to be rude, disrespectful is not acceptable in 2021. It was no problem to have me waiting while time was wasted. Refuse to help me and I was the only person in line. Unfortunately, 2021 we are still mistreated and not shown the same respect as others.
I’ve been going here because it’s conveniently located on Preston where I do most of my errands. The inside is nice, usually has everything I need. The only problem nowadays is that the line to pick-up can be long. Some people don't realize, but now that there is drive-thru covid testing, the right lane is open to pick-up prescriptions (not just drop-off as it used to be).
Generally efficient with helpful staff. Typically we'll stocked in house and the pharmacy staff are typically helpful and knowledgeable.
Worst service ever, techs are incompetent and lie that they told you a price but didn’t. Pharmacist agree with they lying cheating people out of there money. They are ripping people off. Techs don’t even comprehend the brand name or generic name but they techs. I will never no longer support CVS on Preston and Rolater. It’s really zero stars! I been trying to get prescriptions for my kids for over two weeks and they finally got one right today, get out of here!
The pharmacy staff is extemely rude and incompetent. I recently moved to Frisco and have had 4 horrible experiences with them including the person checking me out at the drive through lying/making up an answer to a question until I asked him to get the Pharmacist to get the correct answer. If you don't know say so - don't lie. The staff is very rude and not friendly toward patients and doctors. My doctor called in a prescription on a Friday and on Monday when I called my doc back to call it in again she told me the pharmacy needed clarification on something so they didn't fill the prescription however they never the doctor to clarify. So why leave the patient in limbo? I will be moving my prescriptions to a different CVS location. Zero customer service skills.
MASKS DO ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD WHEN THEY ONLY COVER THE CHIN. 4/5 PHARMACY EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS ON THE CHIN. ONLY ONE WAS WEARING A MASK CORRECTLY. CASHIER WAS WEARING MASK WITH ONLY MOUTH COVERED.
Prepare for a long wait time! This pharmacy is very frequently understaffed. Pharmacists are usually nice, friendly, and competent. But this is a very busy location, and more workers are needed, during periods of heavier traffic.
Very poor customer service. Waited on the phone over 12 minutes to speak to a pharmacy assistant. The person was short and came accross as preturbed that he had to take the call. They ALWAYS appear to be short staffed. Perhaps they have too much business.
The team is always willing to be helpful. At least 20 trips here. They have gone above expectations several times. Always friendly, even when they have a rush of customers.
It seems, they are not capable refilling more than one medication at a time. If you have several, you can bet one will be missing. You will receive many texts, that your prescription is ready for pick up (especially if you're on autorefill) -but no text or call, if they don't have the prescribed medication. If you complain for wasting your time-well, we sorry-but the same will happen over and over again. Stayed so long with them, because they are open 24 hours.
I would love to give zero, but of course.the service is horrible, don’t even bother calling the pharmacy-you’ll be on hold for for-freaking-ever! Overall experience just sucks. Worse CVS in town.
This pharmacy is understaffed. Staff is usually nice, and friendly. But this is a very busy location, and more workers are needed, during periods of heavier traffic.
Elizabeth, Elizabeth! Fast paced environment yet the staff seems to absorb it pretty well. Warm, hospitable and attentive service. Thank you team!
Kudos to Charlotte in pharmacy for going the extra mile to help me with my scripts. I know they are worked hard and appreciate them trying to make it easier for the customer. Thanks Charlotte! Crazy
Charlotte is awesome! I’ve seen her behind the counter for awhile. I’ve had a complicated problem with my insurance limited my prescription dosage, though it was always that dosage for 3 years. Charlotte stopped, deep dived into the system, spoke with the pharmacist and put together a corrective action plan. She’s a pro!
Change your mind before you head to this CVS.
Just turn your car in a different direction and casually get away as quick as possible.
Not unless you like to wait for say 40 minutes every time you come.
This is a 24 pharmacy, it can get busy during peak hours. But since it's 24 hours it's easy to avoid the peak hours (;
