CVS, Frisco TX

This has to absolute worse pharmacy in Frisco. If I could give it zero stars I would. Took a prescription in at 4: 30pm and at 7pm it still wasn't filled.

I try to only make a mistake once. So I will *never* repeat the mistake of going into this clip joint again.

1) A glacier was in the checkout line in front of me. The glacier could not believe how slow the line moved!

2) Rip off! Rip off! Rip off! So you see a sign with BIG BLACK PRINT ON YELLOW “2 FOR $6” or “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE” When you get to the register - after standing in line for 20 minutes it turns out that while they had “2 FOR $6” in huge print in fine print it (apparently) says “with card”. So NOT 2 for $6 put $4.49 APIECE. Not buy one get one free but $8.49 for both! So the 4 items I had that should have been $14.49 ($6 + $8.49) came out to $26!

If you are going to have outrageous rip-off prices then at least get the *&^@! Line moving.

They have no shame there! No shame at all!

Love the location. Always friendly staff. Love that it is open 24 hours.we have needed that more than once!

Just waited 2 hours for a prescription to be filled. Had to stand in line 3 times because in that 2 hours not one name was called, as they said they would do. Not a complex prescription, just allergy meds. Poor poor management and customer service!

Everything in my experience has always been accurate and on time. My mother even had a scrip transferred here from California for one refill. It went without a hitch. Service inside is good and friendly.

So irresistible, I was looking for my little baby medicine and asked for help. Pharmacist told me that he will be right back with me and I waited for more than 30 mins and no response so left out and got the medicine from somewhere else. If he is too busy he should have communicated and saved my time.

I tried getting maalox through the drive-thru, because my kids have hand foot and mouth (which is extremely contagious). I explained this to the lady and told her I didn't want my kids to contaminate the place. She told me they had it, but wouldn't be able to get it for me. After looking for it for 20 minutes I finally was able to get help. They didn't even have it.so be careful, because my kids were all over the place in there.

This CVS has friendly, courteous staff. Its close by my home and I'm usually in and out. I've had prescriptions filled here quite a few times.

I always use Kroger pharmacy but due to a rare prescription, I was directed over here. I kid you not, waited in line behind 3 cars for over 30 minutes. I thought their systems were down but apparently that is business as usual over here!

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. First time I went there to buy a nebulizer machine, they tried to sell me the most expensive one when I repeatedly told them I was looking for the basic model, which the doctor recommended.

Another time I was trying to fill prescription they said they had to call the doctor to verify something and would call me when they had it ready. They never called even though they took my number. When I called to check, they said they didn't have my number.
