CVS, Houston TX

I've been going to this location for a number of years. The store does well, but the pharmacy is the most disorganized business that I've ever witnessed. It's impossible to call because the staff will hang up! They are totally overwhelmed must of the time. Easy prescriptions sometimes take 3 full days. So poorly managed.

Great customer service don’t remember the person name but he treated me very well. Highly recommend this location.

I do not like the self check out.
Too many homeless people hanging out at this location. Management needs to do better job chasing them off property.

I agree they give you a hard time with walk up COVID test and the wait time is unreal be careful as this is a sketchy area the staff is bothered that you are there stay away from this location unless you like bullet holes on windows

They refuse COVID testing to people who walk up with an appointment. They only give the test to people who are driving up in vehicles, and tell people without vehicles to call an Uber. I am an Uber driver and got called to service one of their customers because of their bureaucracy. It wastes my time and money. I'm basically volunteering my vehicle over their liability issues of not having walk ups come to their drive thru. The only reason why I agree to volunteer my time is because my spouse is an RN working in covid clinics, and I understand the necessity of these covid tests. They should not receive federal funding if they're going to make people jump through hoops to get covid tests like this all because of ridiculous liabilities.

Worst customer service. Long lines and they never answer the phones. Sometimes they pick up and hang up. They should close this store.

You will be harassed by a beggar every single time you go. I'm not trying to sound cold but it's literally every time I go and it's always someone different.

Great service inside the store. I got into it with a drug infested piece of - in the parking lot. Said he needed 'insulin' syringes. Yeah. Right. I was born yesterday too. That turned ugly quick.

Always check the price at the register! Consistently they overcharge at checkout. I’ve let it go for a long time, but I’ve had enough. Today the manager was rude about it when I caught him overcharging again. Go a little farther to Walgreens instead.

The store itself is fine. It's the "security" guards. I was harassed 5 times by a homeless guy while the guy stood there and watched. I know he heard and saw everything, cause I made eye contact with him.

Fino, the manager, falsely accused me of throwing a beer bottle at the building and refused me service. I asked him to show me videos of the security cameras and he refused to show me.

Do not get your photo prints from here! False advertising. Comes out with white border instead of full bleed. Looks cheap. On top of that my order was transferred here from another CVS that ran out of ink and failed to call me to let me know before I drove all the way out. Such a waste of time!

I called in to this pharmacy to prescribed medicine to one of our patient.i waited for 1 hour on phone when they finally answer me the guy was rushing he did not even ask me how many pills. He was rude. Iask for his name and he just hang out on me. I have never experience something like this before.

One of the better cvs locations, extremely large in size which allows for a great range of products, we found everything we needed and the pricing was reasonable and service was quite friendly. The store was also very conveniently located and had plenty of on site parking.

The worst pharmacy imaginable. 1) Impossible to speak with them on the phone because it rings endlessly and no one answers. 2) In-person the pharmacy technicians provide poor customer service.

I always visit this store being conveniently located about half a mile from my residence. There is a lady generally seen on the cash register (probably a store associate) by the name of Priscilla. She always puts up a non-welcoming attitude and gazes customers with a strange look. She never stretches a welcome greeting to the customers entering the store.

Recently, when I was visiting the store to buy some items I happened to end up seeing her at the cash register. I was about to ask her a question and she told me to stay put until she had processed the transaction. The question was about that item I was going to buy. This is not the first time she has shown this kind of attitude. It looks like there is something wrong with her. She needs some advice from her Store Manager or needs to attend a training session in grooming her how to behave in a positive manner towards the customers.

Great stock of items but my experience here was tragic, planned on getting an item but there was no mnfg seal on it. I asked the cashier and he had no knowledge of the condition of these item. I decided to purchase them anyway and he tried cheating me by charging way more for the price of the items. I chastised him and he corrected it. Its sad to know such behavior exists here!

Very prejudice night manager. I go to this store every night and this one manager, when he’s there, will follow you around the store.

This CVS tends to attract a not so friendly crowd of people. I wouldn't want my wife or daughter to go out to this particular location without being accompanied by another person.

Asked to use restrooms. Two dudes working the front said, "Both bathrooms where broken" They should of had a sign "for customers only" I think they where shining me on! @@$
