Drug Store CVS reviews
30Went in to get a few things when I ran into a homeless teenager that was asking for just some change to get something hot to eat (the temperature had dropped significantly) as I was giving him money and just talking to him about how he was like a regular human being! The manager stepped out and told him he had to leave even though he wasn’t bothering anyone. When I confronted the manager he told me the homeless teen was harassing people and “I’m young so I don’t know anything about this issue so to bug off. ” I wish I could’ve give this place 0 stars the manager sucks and has no compassion for these people that are starving outside the establishment
The guys locked the restroom and said that its always locked after 10: 30 pm. I know for a fact that a lie because I'm an uber driver that frequents this cvs for the restroom and snacks. Poor customer service.
Filled presecriptions for my husband in anticipation of Harvey hitting us hard while at MD Anderson for cancer treatment. The pharmacist was a young woman who was efficient, effective, and warm at the same time. The store was stocked with great stuff, and I will go back when in the area.
I had accidentally dropped my wallet in front of this CVS and luckily a customer turned it in to CVS. CVS made sure to do their best to contact me and went the extra mile to ensure my wallet was returned. Best CVS in Houston, and best CVS staff.
It is hard to beat the convenience of this place. It is just like any other typical CVS except that it is located within walking distance just about anywhere in midtown. They have what you would expect at a CVS: pharmacy, medicine, snacks, random stuff that you don't need, etc. It is also never very crowded, so that is nice.
This CVS is in the heart of Midtown. No matter the time of day, staff are always friendly and welcoming. They will always open up another cash if the line grows to long.
They have a great beer and potato chip selection.
You will wait at least 10 minutes to buy anything. They exploit their employees by making them work multiple positions. Usually the photo clerk is also working the register. Sometimes the pharmacist is at the front ringing people up. Also, they were out of tylenol the other day. Who the hell runs out of tylenol?
Be careful if you're sick and you go here (I know, crazy; right?). At least one clerk at the pharmacy is full of 'tude, or some other organic matter. The only reason they get 3 stars is that one of the pharmacists was very kind to me noticing my distress and actually went out into the store and brought back an item I needed.
I'm having a hard time understanding if the store stays open 24hr why does the bathroom close @ midnight? You still have customers
I would give not even one star, only convenience is close to my home, however, especially couple of pharmacists think they are the doctors, my doctor ordered testing strips for me, and they did not fill for a week and keep asking about directions need to be in the prescription. My insurance and doctor agreed with number of strips, they want directions. They made me wait on the phone for more than 8 minutes and then another 4 minutes. Exceptionally poor service because of couple of them.
