Worse experience eveytime i go there its a bad experience specially the pharmacist don’t want to help people even if you want to transfer a medication other pharmacist have a hard time at this location to transfer the medication. I will never recommend anyone this pharmacy.

If I could give NO STARS I would. This is the WORST CVS Pharmacy EVER! They are unprofessional, do not care about their customers time or what their customers are going through. They have messed up on my medicine twice and now they are unable to fulfill my prescription and of course I had to call to check on it. When calling they will pick up and hang up on you. I've witness in the store waiting on my prescription a worker telling another worker to pick up and hang up. This is ridiculous and rude! I have never had a piss poor experience like this ever. I will no longer give my business to this place!

This pharmacy does not deserve one star nooooobody answer the phone every time I call no answer also I asked to transfer my prescription from another cvs to this location I called in the morning to transfer it when I went to pick it up at night they did not have it and I had to drive all the way to the other store to pick it up so awful extremely bad customer service I seriously hate this place. Unfortunately I have to go there because of my insurance worst place ever

Wait time is horrible. No one acknowledges you every time I do a walk in. When calling in takes me about 15-20 min to speak to an actual person.

I went in to pick up my prescription at 12: 40 the lady was very rude said the pharmacist was giving shots and would be an hour. The phone was ringing and for almost 30 minutes she never picked up the phone.

I've been going to CVS for over 10 years but after moving here and visiting this store I've decided I won't be a customer anymore. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. NOONE greets you when you walk in. Noone even acknowledges that you are even in the store. I even spoke to an employee "good morning" and she STILL didn't say anything to me. Unbelievable.if any business owners want to know how to run people away from your business, visit this store. I hope you don't actually NEED what you're in there to get because good luck getting some assistance.

Don’t waste your time here. I dropped off a prescription I needed ASAP and they took it and told me to come back in an hour around 8PM and lo and behold they’re closed. I spoke with whom I believed was the manager he was no help at all, he didn’t try to see if I could get my prescription order back or just pay for the medication. He then kept pushing me to the side while he claimed he was calling other CVSs to see if he could help. This whole ordeal took 30 minutes just for a response of “we can’t help you. This place doesn’t deserve your money or you time

If I can give them 0 star I will! The worst pharmacy ever! Bad attitude, long waiting time! Always short of something! So impatient to find your correct information, once they even gave me someone else’s prescription and charge me, luckily I found out that was not mine! They will put you on hold for over 25 minutes. I hung up and called again they wouldn’t pick up again! Terrible and horrible experience. CVS need to do something to improve their service! If you provide service to your customers, then please think about the quality!

If I could rate this pharmacy a NEGATIVE 0 I would. The African pharmacist does not know the meaning and or concept of customer service. His poor demeanor is unacceptable. Clearly something is wrong with this man if he can find time to have a debate about what prescription I am picking up for MYSELF called in by the Physician. He should not be able to interact with anyone in a business setting because he has absolutely no class and no professionalism.

The worst! They will send you a text saying that your order is ready when it isn’t. Once you stop what you are doing and get there, they want you to wait another 20 to 30 mins because they choose not to do their job. The worst!

Will be speaking a lawsuit since they cant seem to do their job and fax pre-authorization forms to the doctor for medication. This location has the worst customer service for the pharmacy! Only person who knows how to treat customers with respect and do the right thing is james. He is a tech not even a pharmacy manager. He should be the manager of the location. Do not fill your medicine here go else where.

Do not make the mistake of going here. Slow, unhelpful and unprofessional. First and last time to ever use a CVS. I thought Walgreens was bad but CVS is much worse.

The pharmacy has 7 people working, and literally running around like they have no clue what's going on. 5 people waiting in drive thru, come inside, its worse. Called in days ago. So unorganized and it's been this way for months.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. I have to use CVS because it was bought out by Aetna and that is my insurance. I have always used Walgreens with no problems. Can anyone suggest a CVS besides this one where the pharmacy employees are actually nice and do their jobs?

The first time I went to this pharmacy I had a great experience. Absolutely no issues going later in the afternoon. However, this was my first time going in the morning time and I deeply regret it. I have never felt so rushed and treated so rudely at a pharmacy store. I also didn't know that unlike Walgreens, CVS doesnt automatically refill your prescriptions (according to the drive thru lady), but they had one of my medications already filled without call in? But when I went in to ask she harshly asked "Well did you call it in? ". Just seems odd to me that one script was filled and they both were 30 day supplies.

Drive through for the pharmacy is closed and inside five people working back there, but only one helping customers. Not effective at all. Be prepared to wait in a long line!

This pharmacy is the worst! I sat at the drive thru for 10 mins with no help. I called while I was waiting with no answers. I figured they where closed so I parked and walked in. 7 lazy people working in the pharmacy! I was extremely angered by this. When I explained the problem to them they were unapologetic! Absolutly inexcusable!

It's been very horrible at this pharmacy. The place is run by the technicians and the pharmacist do nothing. The technicians talk to customers anyhow and the pharmacist just sits there and stir. They spend their time talking and laughing and ignoring customers especially phone calls and always claim to be busy. Please save yourself the stress and go to Walgreens.

I have had several issues with this CVS and is pharmacy related. I have not reported it before because I was always thinking it was a one time thing with every family member. The issue comes when my doctors call in the prescription. CVS either does not get it and then they magically get it or did not fill it because they were not sure if I wanted it. I have to call my doctors many times so they can send it and they kept saying they did. Again, my doctors have not change, I changed CVS pharmacy since we moved. Employees do not care of the frustration they cause. So today was my last time to do business with CVS. I wil go to Walgreens across the street next time.
