CVS, Katy TX

This is a horrible location the pharmacy sucks every time I up here they don't have anything ready despite no one working then come up here they send my prescription back after the 3rd day.it's dirty DONT COME HERE!

This pharmacy is terrible horrible customer service and they're very rude they don't know what's going on. I will never come here for prescriptions anymore. They never receive the order From the doctor.

If you need refills for prescriptions they're usually quick and efficient, but if anything goes wrong with your insurance they seem to struggle with the ability to verify the insurance for themselves and will make you do it. This has happened to me at least 4 times and the insurance companies usually tell me to have the pharmacy call to do the VERY job this CVS expects me to do.

This was the worst experience at a pharmacy in my entire life! Managment is horrible, pharmacist left me on hold for one hour, after someone picked up, they put me on hold AGAIN! Please save yourself three hours of waiting and go to Walgreens on the other side of the road.

Generally a fine experience as far as pharmacies go, nothing exceptional, but on more than one occasion they have changed details about my prescription without telling me at pickup. I have had to call and speak with a pharmacist about the changes after being surprised when I got home. Definitely inconvenient.

I wish i could give no stars. They are horrible! My doctors always have to send my prescriptions in more than once and its never ready. I will not be going back!
