CVS, Kingwood Area TX

They do not answer the phone. They are extremely rude, crude and socially unacceptable. Walgreens has better customer service. I have to give them 1 star or i cant post. That is BS! They arent worth 1 star.

They are not enforcing the mandatory Harris County mask order. Businesses are required to make their customers wear masks. The sign on their door says its a recommendation, and there were people inside without masks on. They are an extension of the medical community. How irresponsible. Will not go back.

Drive thru has been closed for two weeks.thats the only reason MY FAMILY uses this CVS drive thru open 24 hrs not anymore ill be changing soon.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and unhelpful. They have in my opinion a very snobby attitude!

I called to get an update on my order so that I could pick it up on my way home from work. I usually go to a different location that is near home but wanted to try this one out since it is close to the new H-E-B where I work at. When I call, I waited for 4 minutes before someone could pick up to assist me. I talked to 3 different employees to figure out if my pictures were ready. They were not happy that I called to ask for assistance as if I had bother them or something. When I asked questions it was a flat dry answer and when I said thank you for your help they just immediately slammed the phone hanging up. Welp, that is the last time I take my business there.

I think the best is just close this shop! It's a better for the image of CVS. Or just keep the grocery but close the pharmacy.

For pharmacy. The pharmacy team was very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to look for best options for my prescription to better help with costs. Without my asking. Very helpful. Will be switching from Walgreens on Northpark to here. Open 24hrs.

Cashier Brittany, it seems bothered that people use coupons, acts as if she were paying our bill. Seriously? This is a joke? How pathetic to go buy Cvs and that the cashier gets upset because you shop with coupons. PATHETIC! They should have people who are interested in spending money in their store.

I hate to go shopping there. I go day or night and I always have to deal with Brittany and her bad mood.

Why is the wait at this pharmacy so dang long ALL OF THE TIME? I absolutely HATE that my insurance company has now made us use CVS! This place has to get better!

All CVS staff members have been very courteous and always ask if I found everything I needed.
I go usually late at night and always felt safe with the lighting in the parking lot. Great choices of groceries
and seasonal items.

After getting scripts filled here for years their system dropped all of our insurance info (same insurance) - they were unable to fix problem

I give this Pharmacy five stars for one main reason, Jeremy the pharmacist. I've had to go through a couple of tough surgeries and have had some issues with all the drugs they've given me. Jeremy is always kind and patient and cheerful and works hard to find me answers. All of the pharmacist there have been very kind and patient but Jeremy has really gone out of his way.

They ALWAYS mess up the times for my prescription. They said it would take 40 minutes to get my prescription. I REPEATED 40 minutes and she said yes. I came back in 40 minutes and they said it would be ANOTHER 1-1/2 hours! Not cool when ur not feeling good and need medicine to feel better.

Called on behalf of a client to find out if refills were filled yet. Was on hold for over 40 minutes on 10/17/17. No one ever picked up. Hung up at 9: 35pm.

Not bad, I get good customer service most of the time. Staff is polite most of the time. My only complaint is one male pharmacist, that is ass.

The staff here is very polite and was able to direct me to the correct isle for what I was in search of. Employee Monroe was extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

Pharmacy is chronically understaffed. Tacky looking yellow tags on shelving to denote sales items. Products overpriced, and store as well as parking lot is dirty.

Pharmacy staff is the worst. Rude, unhelpful and generally unpleasant to deal with. I will make it a point to use a different pharmacy in the future.

I am forced to use CVS through my company and I hate it. Worst experience ever at a Pharmacy. The speaker on the drive through window doesn't work, so they force you to yell at them because they cant hear you. They are VERY rude and I dread the next time I have to go there. It is in a convenient location for me but I guess I need to drive out of my way to to see if I find a more professional pharmacy to visit. I miss the smiling Pharmacists at Walgreens on Kingwood Drive: - (

The pharmacy is terribly slow. All the time. Takes 2-3 hours for them to count to 30.

A lot of items are overpriced inside.
