26If I have to make a late night trip to the store, I will go out of my way to go to this CVS location. Not only is it one of the only stores open 24 hours in Kingwood, but I also always find the employees and management friendly and helpful. Which we all know can be difficult at 2 am.

I dropped off a prescription in the drive-through on Tesday afternoon. The attendant asked me to wait while she checked to see if med was in stock.
After she returned she asked when I would like to pick up. I replyed 'tomorrow'.
So far, No Prob.
Well, it is tomorrow. I checked availability before driving over.
Guess what?
No record of my prescription! THEY LOST IT.
Love this CVS. I always go late at night after work, Monroe is always the manager on duty. He is always helpful!
Terrible customer service and LOOOOONG waits, regardless of how long prescription order has been with them.

Customer service here is non-existent. My scripts were on auto-refill with a phone alert that never has worked. So they fill the scripts, let them sit on the shelf and then put them back. The brilliant thought behind this method of retailing sure has escaped me. The girl I spoke with thought this was funny. Back to Walgreens.
