I got a phone call twice saying my prescription is ready and it wasn’t. I came a third time and waiting 40 minutes for them to grab me 6 pills. When I got home I opened the container and there were only 5 pills. How hard is it to count to 6? Very frustrating

Horrible service. Literally they ended up deleting my 11 months old rx now my baby will have another sleepless night due to their mistake. When I went to another CVS they told me I would have to get another rx sent over from the pediatrician… don’t know how I’m gonna do that at 8pm. No one answers the phones and they don’t know what they are doing. The rx was sent over at 11am this morning and they didn’t tell me they didn’t have it in stock until 5pm when I arrived. That is unacceptable then when I found another CVS that had it in stock I waited on hold for over an hour to get into contact with them to ask them to stop the order so that it could be refilled at another location they ended up deleted the entire rx. Horrible experience. Will never return.

Bad customer service Mr. Divyesh Besherdas is a rude despot, the man has very bad manners when he arrives, he does not attend you and leaves you waiting until he finishes his work and does not help you with what you need to get even if you carry the prescription

My husband and I were tested there for Covid19 and we registered online, made an appointment and got in line at where the drive up pharmacy is. There was a car in front of us, we waited about 30 minutes then we were next. They gave us the tests and showed us how to do it (had easy instructions with it too) we put the stick up our nose and sealed it and passed it back and got an email of our results 3 days later!

I read other reviews and echo what others shared. They did not have my prescription at first. When I called I waited forever and finally spoke to the pharmacist, and he gave lame reason to why he didn’t have it at first. Because it was near his time to go home, he didn’t want to fill my most common antibiotic but did offer to transfer my prescription to another CVS. Wow! I missed my CVS pharmacy team in Sugar Land so much. I guess not all CVS are the same. What happened to this CVS pharmacy?

This has to be the worst cvs in the country! It is literally a bad experience every time I have to pick up a prescription, say for a few good employees, none of which were working last night. The latest in a saga of bad customer service: I arrived at 7: 50pm. They close at 8pm so I didn’t have high expectations of actually being able to get my prescription. To my surprise I was immediately asked to wait one minute while they helped someone at the other window, which was fine. I sat there patiently while I watched one of the three employees scramble to fill the other customers order while the other two were closing the pharmacy. At 8: 13pm the tech finally acknowledges me patiently waiting only to tell me they can not help me because their computer system automatically shuts down at 8pm! Are you serious? I understand the system might actually shut down, that’s fine, but how about having the curtesy to tell me at, say 7: 55, or even at 8 that I should come back tomorrow and not waste my time? Is it too much to ask for one of the two people who were obviously more concerned with closing up to tell me “hey come back tomorrow” or even “hey I can help you with the 10 min left before the computer shuts down”. Terrible, if only negative stars were a choice on reviews.

If you can go to a different CVS Pharmacy, I highly recommend you do. Every time I have ever gone to this Pharmacy, it is always a bad experience. I'm sure it's because they're understaffed, but every time I come, the wait is ridiculous (especially the drive thru). This is the last time I come here.

I do not have health insurance and I thought my current pharmacy was charging me too much for a name brand prescription, so I wanted to check the price at CVS. Unfortunately CVS's system doesn't allow you to get a price unless they have a prescription. So, with a great degree of difficulty, I moved the prescription to CVS, and with the benefit of their least knowledgeable employee, I was told that the price for my prescription was one thousand seven hundred and fourteen dollars. Thanks a lot!

Finally got it from a Canadian Pharmacy DrugMartDirect.com for $149. CVS & Walgreens are thieves.

I called in for a refill on my medication a week before going to pick it up and they didn’t have it and didn’t even bother to apologize to me for it. And this is not the first time this has happened.

My review for this location is long overdue. The experience at this location is always great. If you have any concerns, you can speak with the manager Tiffany, and she will be happy to help you. Tiffany is the best manager this location has had. When assisting you with anything, she will give you her undivided attention, and she will take care of the situation promptly. Teresa is amazing, she remembers her customers, and she smiles when she greets you. She always informs you of items behind the counter, and she is very good at letting you know when the truck comes for the next delivery. The store is always clean and usually stocked, and checkout is fast and accurate. Abu and Ana offers to help, whether they're stocking shelves, or checking customers out. During my recent visit Hailee assisted me. Hailee is wonderful, she made the rest of my day better because I just had a bad experience at another CVS location. When I arrived Hailee greeted me with a smile, and she offered me the free CVS Extra Thanks items. She promptly took care of a simple situation, which could have been taken care of at the other location. These employees always provide excellent customer service. Thank you CVS for hiring such great people.

This store has NO COVID PROTECTION FOR CUSTOMERS AT CHECKOUT! The keypad for card checkout cannot be sanitized. There is NO HAND SANITIZER at checkout counter. Checkout clerk DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES and HANDS CUSTOMER RECEIPT with bare hands. When I asked about hand sanitizer, she pointed to the dispenser for wiping off shopping carts at the front of the store. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CITED FOR HEALTH VIOLATIONS! '

Worst customer service ever from a pharmacy. Rude staff and very slow coming to the window. I was coming from the doctor’s office with my six month old baby and just needed an over-the-counter children’s allergy medicine but just because they didn’t have it in the back of the pharmacy she told me to get down and get it from the store. I did not want my child to be exposed So I had to leave without the medicine. Thankfully this is not my pharmacy of choice I was just driving by, never coming here again.

I always had no problems at this store. The Pharmacist there are accurate and very nice; no hassle. Maybe the people who have had bad experiences, probably came at a bad day when management has their own issues, but everything there is pretty well stocked and has clean isles.

This pharmacy has been great helping me deal with the insurance issues I’ve had regarding preapproved medications. The pharmacy staff is knowledgable and the suggestions they’ve made have always been accurate.

One of the managers there totally sucks. She assumed the merchandise I wanted to return was fraudulent. I didn't want my money back. Just wanted to exchange. I called customer service to track the receipt. Took about 20 mins. She had a real smug attitude and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Just a horrible experience.

All they do is stand around and talk to each other. They gave me the wrong medicine and almost killed me. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy. They are slow, rude, can't even figure out when prescriptions have been approved in their own computer system. Would rather gossip to one another than have to wait on customers. I pulled up in the outter pickup lane today and the pharmacy technician waited on 3 other customers before she sent my prescriptions out. Doesn't CVS corporate office care about all the bad reviews and customer complaints?
