CVS, Katy TX

I just switched over my scripts over from Walgreen's and now I regret it. The heavy set Hispanic or Middle Eastern pharmacist is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

I was reading the reviews today and saw a comment towards one of the cashiers I'm very familiar with and Well, I pretty much, always have a great Experience here, and I've never encounter a issue with the "Black Cashier with Glasses" One exp. He always helps me find what im looking for, But i'm sure it's more too that story then whats was said.

Went to putchase two items with two coupons. The coupon clearly states one per PURCHASE and limit 4 same coupons per household. The cashier Jacob clearly does not know his job because he kept insisting i can only use one coupon regsrdless that i kept explaining the coupon directions for him. Train your staff properly!

I have had nothing but positive service at CVS. Everyone seems to go out of their way to take care of me. Going in with a positive attitude seems to help!

Says i cant go in anymore. Accusing me of stealing and having it on camera. Won't come up with the evidence. Will not ever recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Want justice. Absolutely disgusted.a million thumbs down.
