I had ordered my daughter some chicken fingers and they wasn't good she threw them on the floor of the car and my wife didn't like her nachos she said that the cheese was very cold and they wasn't good at all

They simply never honor advertised specials and that's such a downer. If it's gonna carry the name it should make the customers happy. Some places think they are doing you a favor by being there and as minority and independent owners you get what you get!

Horrible place. Always slow and once got here before 8: 30 and was told the kitchen was already closed would give zero stars if I could

Only Dairy Queen that closes at 6pm that I know of but went at 5: 15 pm and it was already closed. Smh.

This guy is horrible customer service first time wouldnt break my hundred dollar bill second he made blizzard wrong and diyble charge me blizzard was delicious

Slow service expensive and the food was nasty im never eating there again wouldent recommended this dq to anyone

Owner is very unfriendly and very demeaning to his local minority customers. Customer service is really terrible and Owner has discussed his disapproval of certain ethnicities in area. I will never patronize his business and would hope that others take heed

I do not recommend this restaurant manager unprofessional staff eating in kitchen area. The place gives my a unclean feeling. The bathroom floor was dirty and the only tissue to use was lying flat on the dirty floor.

Slow service, apparent manager being rude to employees. Waited 15 minutes for Cold overcooked beef. Prices not as listed. No AC. Will not give you proper receipt to confirm what/how they are overpricing.

They have TURKEY Bacon instead of real. Priced as if real.

This is the best damn DQ I've ever been too. The gentleman at the register was excellent. Food was fresh and the blizzard was perfect. We'll def be back!)

This place is so trash I've tried to work with them on many occasions but if it walks, quacks like a duck it's a duck. They have bad customer service and always messing up orders then on top of that try to nickel and dime you for stuff you normally not charged for at any other DQ. Just got charged me 79 cents for whipped cream and gave 10 cents worth.

The service here was extremely slow and they were not even busy. I asked the manager for a refund and he threw my money on the table.

This the worse dq in this area not to mention the mngr/owner is the most grumpy ugliest rude person I ever met!

Worst "Manager" ever. She got very upset because we didn't want to drive around to wait for her to bring out our food after we had already been waiting about 10 minutes. So she slammed the window, went back and immediately brought us our food, and slams the window closed again without a word. I sat and waited for her to return to the window so we could get her name, she says YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW MY F*^&%*&^ NAME, I"M THE MANAGER AND SLAMS THE WINDOW AGAIN. I'm shocked. She comes back to the window and says she is on the phone with the Houston Police Department and shoots me the middle finger and tells me to wait for the cops. I have never been treated so ridiculously by someone I'm giving my money to. Never Again. Corporate needs to step in and pull the plug on this place.

Love their chicken finger basket and their blizzards. Oh yeah let's not forget about the Hunger Buster Burger meal.

Great customer service. Dairy Queen has the best chocolate dipped cones in town. Been eating them since I was a little girl

I’ve tried to give this place a chance many times for the sheer factor I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN! However, this location misses the mark. 1. The manager is rude, and quite unsanitary, sneezing and coughing open mouthed. 2. One order I placed I asked for mayo and not mustard, and received a burger covered in mustard. I sent it back, and then the girl at the counter asked if they could just put the mayo ON TOP of it. If I wanted mustard I would have ordered it. When I asked for a fresh burger, the cook got an attitude because he had to re-make it. The next burger I received had mayo, but the same mustard covered vegetables from the last burger! 3. I’m not even sure their bacon is real bacon. It never seems to taste right, and has something seriously OFF about it. 4. They never honour advertised specials, such as the ones on TV. I cant even go back to this location because I just know something won’t be right.

Not. Ever. Again. Worst experience at a DQ, ever, EVAR! Came in bc I was told, over the phone, I needed to come in to order a blizzard cake. I get there, and told any blizzard, besides royal, I can make into a cake (already knew that), but was told "no" when I chose a flavor, no reason, just "no. " This was who seemed to be mgr/owner. Clerk clarified, but still not clearly. Blizzard flavor selections very, VERY, limited. So decided against getting a $40 Blizzard cake which would basically be vanilla ice cream cake w candy mixed in. So we proceeded to order lunch. It took 30 mins to get us our 2 taco salads and chicken finger basket. There were 2 other customers before us, one only getting a sundae, and other got her food before I started ordering. No apologies for the length of time it took to get me my food, no nothing. Ohhh yeah, the entire time we're waiting for our food, the mgr/owner type person was on the cash register pushing something that kept making it beep. At first slow, but it got faster and faster, to the point I had to walk outside or I'd have exploded. I don't understand what he was doing that couldn't wait till he had no customers inside. This was after 130 pm on a Sat.

The last time I went to DQ was back in 2015, when I walked in, it smelled like sewer. This year 2017 I decided to give it another try and it was an epic fail. The manager is not a pleasant person and also unsanitary. The manager sneezed open mouth, no coverage over mouth. My burger was cold which I could understand because I waited for about 5minutes for my food. The fries was SO hard you could stab your mouth if you ate one. My orea milkshake came with no Oreos. Last time here.
