28I stood at the front counter waiting for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. Two people passed me and no one said that they would be with me soon. Horrible customer service.
Wonderful food. Wonderful price, but I keep thinking it is racial discrimination to not offer any diet drinks in a black neighborhood. Haven't offered diet drinks in 4 years.
GREAT place to eat. THEY DON'T cook your food until you order it

They took over 20 minutes to get our order out and it was not correct, not friendly at all didn't even say thank you or apologize for taking that long.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would worst experience ever dont go here. I came back to the location to see if i left my card there the girl would not look, wouldn't try to look, and was very rude and disrespectful about my left belongings. I'll never eat at that store ever again how rude they were.
"DQ that's What i like about texas" was good as always and service fast very happy with Dairy Queen
Food was fine, but just a heads up, this location no longer accepts American Express. This was a bit of a surprise since they still have AMEX stickers up in some spots.
They never let me customize my burger. Asked 4 times for extra sauce! Dry, Dry, Dry chicken & other ingredients. Very Poor customer service.
