Have been a resident here going on 6 years. 2 months ago I decided to move. The apartment fell through at the last minute. Dakota ridge came to my rescue. They worked hard to get me an apartment ready within a couple of days. All new appliances to my surprise. I have never had an issue with maintenance for more than 24 hours. Great bunch of people. The NEW manager even got me my 2 bedroom apartment cheaper than my previous rental fiasco. Great job.

Towing company partnered with this place is pretty unforgiving, which only serves as a source of stress for anyone with guests.

The place is drug rinded everybody violates the policies and smokes in there house and you can smell it in your unit as the office does nothing about it and backside by pep boy is the worst everyone pulls into that lot all night long to buy drugs from Dakota ridge

I am really Happy with my stay here. I had NO problem with my move-in. Nereida was very helpful she made my experience very easy and simple. The maintenance are awesome and helpful as well.

I took my mom apartment looking today and was really impressed by the service we received. Rosa was very patient and helpful walking us through the application process. I didn’t lease because I just renewed where I am at but I am but so glad I was able to help my mom find a great place to live.

Really needs some upgrading. They charge way to much for what it looks like inside, in my opinion. Domino's Pizza won't even deliver to your apt door here because apparently, "they're been robbed there a few times" ️ I do like that these apts have a gate & gate code though

Worst application process ever.they took over two weeks processing my application and still required a W2? !? Seems fishy to me.and then gave some garbage excuse when asking why I still have no update.the office was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I withdrew my app and was approved for better apartments within the same day of submitting my application. I gladly took my money elsewhere!

They really need to update all of their apartments. Ours is so old that the weather stripping has such a big gap that we get snakes and mice coming inside looking for warmth.

Don’t ever go by the reviews, everyone has their own experience. Have been here for a year and since then i have had no issues, my work orders always get completed on time.

The reviews did it for me. Then I came to still stop by nobody was answering the voice machine to get in the gate. Its 3: 10pm where are you guys? Im going to look somewhere else
